What is Self Healing?

Healing is the word that describes the phenomena, in which we are not feeling well, or something happens beyond our control, and to overcome that effect; we need to focus on the solution part and not about the question part.

Everyone has problems in his or her life, but the solution to every problem lies within the problem, so you need not go anywhere to find the answer.

Then the question arises on how to identify and find the solution to a problem?

1.think less do more - as a phrase tells us, you have to think less and do more work. Thinking is a good process and also an essential step in achieving something. Still, if you focus on feeling rather than doing work, then you will not get success because all things are present in your mind whether these things are right or wrong you need to do the things more frequently so that you get an experience, which you will not get by just thinking.

2.learn from the past live in moment focus about future - past and future these two things are beyond of our control, so instead of thinking on these two phenomena we should focus on our present . the reason behind is, once you lost a moment, it will never come back, even if you have money, power, knowledge, you can't buy time, and that is the bitter truth of life. time is like icecream whether you eat it or not it will get melted so instead of wasting it, why are you not eating it .then question comes in your mind how can you live in the present, the straightforward way to live in the present moment is to write down the things and then perform them . for example if you have sports week, and you want to make it memorable then write down whatever your expectations are, not try to do that thing, but the important thing is here you have to focus on doing something, not on a result part 

3.stop making distractions - sometimes we try to distract ourselves from past experiences or bad memories, but according to my opinion focusing on positive things creates more chaos in your mind because, in that time, you focus on items that are imaginary not happened yet. Still, when you focus on bad memory or experience, you live in the real world far better.

4. always ready for another side of the coin - as we know, life is all about getting good and evil. If someone's life is filled with only good things it is difficult for him to maintain good mental health so, along with useful things bad things should be their so that it will balance mental health.before starting any work imagine about the negative result of your work and also be prepared for it because life is unpredictable. 

5.chess your dreams but must know where to stop- every one has its goals and desires. Everyone tries to fulfill them. Still, in the race of life, sometimes we don't get what we want or what we deserve at that time. You should know how to stop or how to react to that situation because if you are not ready to tackle such a job, you become a patient of depression. To know this principle, focus on yourself, compare your success with your past success, and stop comparing your life with the remaining world. The person in the mirror is the only competition if you.
