What is Panchakarma health prevention method?

Our bodies have the ability to heal themselves, but an unhealthy diet, poor lifestyle choices, and poor exercise habits all come together to stop them. To counter its effects, the body needs to detoxify regularly. A good method is Panchakarma. Panchakarma is an ancient but effective Ayurvedic method that naturally balances, detoxes, and heals the body. It is a combination of 5 (Pancha means five and Karma means Karma).

Panchakarma

Processes:-

Vamana, Virechan, Nasya, Basti, and Raktamoksha. The choice of procedure depends on the needs of an individual (depending on health conditions).

Prakrit, any imbalance, and other factors). There are two basic principles of Panchakarma and they are oleation and fomentation. Oleation is a process that involves internal or external use of herbal oils or ghee. Five Panchakarma Procedures: -
 1. Vamana: -
In Vamana therapy, the patient is likely to have both internal and external fever and colds for one to two days, until the toxins become soft and accumulate in the upper part of the body. Later, toxins are flushed out of the body by inducing controlled vomiting with exotic drugs. It is mostly useful for phlegm and bile related disorders.

2. Purgation: -

Toxins are the rectum in this detoxification therapy. Opting out of this process also includes oleation and fomentation treatment. Herbal medicines with laxative properties are given to the patient to clean the intestines. It is used to treat patients with bile defects, jaundice, chronic skin disorders, and Gl disorders.

3. Nasal: -

This therapy cleans the head area effectively. Firstly, the patient's head and neck are massaged using herbal oils. After that, nasal drops are administered through the nose. This therapy is highly effective in treating diseases related to the head because the nose is the gateway to the head. It cleans your entire head and opens all the clogged channels, giving you relief from respiratory disorders, sinus congestion, migraines, and some neurological disorders.

4. Settlement: -

Basti is an herbal medicated enema therapy. In this method, medicinal oil, herbal decoction, or ghee is administered through the rectum to cleanse the body of impurities. It helps in curing gout diseases, constipation, rheumatism, and obesity.

5. Blood Pressure: -

Anemia is an effective therapy for the purification of blood and treatment of diseases by blood impurities such as psoriasis, eczema, and dermatitis.

According to the requirement of the patient, it is decided whether the procedure will be performed on one part of the whole body or not.
