What is mole concept? How 1 mole atoms and 1 mole molecules are differed to each other?

We are not very familiar with mole concept.the textbooks and explanation even by some teachers are so lengthy and theoretical that it get difficult to understand it easily. I remember when I was in 11th class there were so many questions that arises in my mind about,what is mole? How 1 mole molecules and 1-mole atoms are differe to each other? If there is written mole they must be same as literal meaning? But these are difficult for me that time even i learn these in my previous classes.

There are infinite number of questions which are able to frame on this. But we are not able to understand the concept so we fail to solve them. As I say, I was also in the condition of empty state when someone ask me a single question on this. I also not able to understand it first time. But by continuously reading now I am able to do questions and capable to say something regarding this topic. I am going to tell you the easiest way that help me to understand the topic. As it also given in many text books but they not able to relate mole concept with examples. I'm going to relate it with better examples.

Mole concept 

Simply by reading this you able to solve questions framed regarding this topic. Mole Concept was given by Amedeo avagadro. It is used to count elementary entities (atoms,molecules,electrons etc). We can't measure amount of atoms by simply count them. So, mole concept was introduced for do that.mole is the one of the seven fundamental base quantity. It is introduced for measuring amount of substance. As weight measures in gram and distance in meter.

Let us take examples to understand the theory.                                                                      Example-1 

A balloon is filled with Helium gas.some body asked you about how many atoms of Helium are there in the balloon. Now we have not to simply tell them because there were millions and more number of atoms present in it depend on the size of ballon. So, we take a standar approach to mole concept. We will see it below first understand what theory want to say.   

Theory part for question solving.

1 mole is exactly equal to 6.023×1023 elementary entities(atoms,molecules, electrons...etc). In honour to Amedeo avagadro this number is termed as Avagadros number or Avagadros concept (denoted by NA). It's unit is mole-1. Mole is simply a number nothing else. Compare this with dozens then it get more simple. A dozen stands for 12 items. That's how 1 mole stand for 6.023× 1023 elementary  entities (atoms,molecules, electrons....etc) or let say this item. Let us see this as expanded form with  no powers   602300000000000000000000.                          This big number represents a mole.

Example-2 

If we take 7 dozons bananas then how many banana are there in this. We simply multiply 7 dozons with 12 and get number of banana. Similarly, some one take hand full of carbon and say that there is 5 mole atoms in my hand state no of atoms in it then we multiply 5 with avagadros number to get it.
