What is menopause, and how does it affect women's mental and physical health?

'I started to get angry at my husband, children and employees, I used to feel depressed or some other mental illness, I sat alone and cried why I scolded the children, why I was angry at the husband, the employees.  Why with this attitude? '  Yasmin, 48, spoke to the BBC about personal experiences and symptoms of menopause.

According to research by Professor Olene Telfer of the University of Edinburgh, "When women reach a certain age, the amount of eggs in their overgrowth decreases, thus eliminating the expectation of maternity."  The most obvious symptom of menopause is menstruation. They are causing a variety of physical and mental illnesses.  This is mainly due to the estrogen hormone that is produced in the ovaries, but as soon as women reach 40 years of age, the hormone stops producing.  Hormone estrogen deficiency affects egg composition.

'  Often, women have been shown to have certain symptoms when they have menopause, including mental illnesses such as depression, angina, hair loss on the face and body, and weakening of the bladder.  Shahana Abbas has three children and is affiliated with the education sector.  By the time we arrived at her house, she was busy gardening.  According to him, menopause severely affected his daily life, but he got himself involved in household chores.  The first symptom of menopause was irregularities in the pedicures, and I realized that somewhere in my pregnancy when I got to the doctor, I found out that I had entered the cycle of menopause, and I was suddenly confused.  What is happening?  Or what would happen after that?  Whether or not he needed any medicine.  After consulting the internet and some doctors, I found out that it was related to hormones and that I was worried about many changes and deficiencies in my body, including calcium deficiency. '  What's the menu?  The general opinion of doctors is that if menstruation does not occur for a year, then it is menopause.

Guinea Colologist Dr. Rabia Nassa told the BBC: "This process can happen at any time between 40 and 55 years.  In some women, the menstrual cycle lasts until the age of 60.  Somewhere it may even close before 30 years of age. '  He said, "Nature has kept every girl that has a certain number of eggs inside. The menstrual cycle continues as long as those eggs are born in the ovaries when they stop becoming eggs: later, menses or menstruation stops. '  Mental confusion caused by menopause  Dr. Nessa says that when the ovary stops making eggs, the hormones also get distorted.  FSH and estrogen levels are disturbed due to mood fluctuations.  They say, "Feelings of mental stress, hot flashes of heat, especially in the upper body or sweating at night, feeling of dullness in the inner body, all these symptoms of hormones.  Appears to be distressed, and it naturally occurs. '  They also said that some women had these symptoms more, and some had fewer.

'We lack awareness that women become anxious about menstruation, which leads to increased stress.'  Family support and support  Yasmin says, 'I didn't understand at the time, I was depressed all the time.  You cannot share such things with your children. When told to the husband, he said that my anger was due to watching the play.  I used to be quiet.  "Because of all this, I felt quite lonely, and I started to read more Koran."  Yasmin says she never went to the doctor even after these symptoms showed up because 'everyone says this is all along.'  Dr. Rabia says: 'Life partner can provide the most support.  This is something that women share more with their husbands than their parents.  According to him, those who are experiencing problems due to changes in hormones and are showing symptoms, then medicines are also recommended, and if there are too many symptoms, then hormonal replacement therapy is also recommended.  But if the symptoms are less and the family support continues, by the husband and the family, then they feel better
