Everybody wants to follow this trend, and people are obsessed with this beauty regimen worldwide.

What makes this glass-ski beauty regimen different from the usual ones is that it relies on hydrating the skin and maintaining the skin's pH balance.

 

Step-by-step procedure

Step 1

The first and foremost step is an oil-based cleanser. You can make your cleanser at home by taking a spoon of extra virgin olive oil in a bowl. Add in two drops of tea-tree essential oil to it. Mix well, and the cleanser is ready to use. Use jojoba oil instead of olive oil for oily skin.

 

 Step 2

The second step is using a water-based cleanser. To prepare a water-based cleanser, boil a handful of neem leaves soaked in water and strain out the liquid. Allow the liquid to cool and add half a teaspoon of aloe vera gel.

 

Step 3

The Third Step is to exfoliate. Prepare a scrub, use a tablespoon of castor sugar in a bowl, and squeeze orange juice to get a thick paste consistency.

Mix well and use it as a scrub.

 

Step 4

The Fourth step is to use toner. Always use non-astringent toners. You can also use rose water. Either you can prepare it at home or buy it from the store but make sure it does not have astringent in its composition.

 

Step 5

The Fifth step is to apply the essence. You can use any flower essence, dip a tea bag of chamomile in a minimal amount of hot water, and use this chamomile essence.

It not only provides hydration but also helps to prevent breakouts in the skin.

 

Step 6

The Sixth step is to apply a serum. You can use any home-made serum. Best is to use Beet-root serum.

Cut the beetroot into pieces and grind it well in a mixer. Using a sieve, extract the juice in a container. Now boil flax seed in a box until it converts into a gel-like consistency, separates the flaxseed or squeeze out the gel, and adds the extracted beetroot juice and vitamin E capsule contents. Mix all the ingredients well to get a gel-like smooth serum. Store it in the fridge.

The Serum protects the external polluted environment, reduces signs of aging, and improves the elasticity of the skin.

 

Step 7

The Seventh step is to apply a mask. Use a show depending upon your skin type. For combination skin type like in some area oily and dry, use a honey and lemon face mask.

Use this mask for 20-30 minutes.

This will provide nourishment to your skin and improve the blood supply and close the open pores.

 

Step 8

The eighth step is applying eye cream. You can prepare eye cream at home by mixing a tablespoon of aloe vera gel with a teaspoon of green tea infused-coconut oil for acne-prone skin. You can also use cold-pressed coconut oil. You can prepare it and store it in cold and dark places.

 

Step 9 & 10

Apply moisturizer and sun-tan cream if you have to go out, and if you are following this procedure at night time, you can use any night cream available.
