Meaning of Balanced Diet

To know about the meaning of balanced diet one has to know about the meaning of diet first which is the food which every human being or even any livingbeing eat or consume to survive which can of any everyday ,every month or every year .

Now after knowing about the meaning of a diet we will know about meaning of balanced diet which is the food  or diet which every human being or any living being consume to nuture his or her body in which there are all the nutrients which are present which are essential for the human being body survival in adequate proportion in it.The requirements of these nutrients are not same of everyhumanbeing and it differs from person to person on the basis of their age,gender,health,body structure.

Such Nutrients are given below in this written paragraph which is as follows;

First nutrient is fat which is very essential for the humanbeing as it helps the body in its proper functioning of all the body functioning .This nutrient we can get from milk,ghee,cream,butter and so on.

Second nutrient is protein which is very essential for the proper functioning of body joints such as hand joints,legs joints for their proper greasing and their movements. This nutrient we can get from all the pulses such as dhoti dal,moong dal and so on.

Third nutrient is vitamin along with Mineral & fibre which are very essential for the proper functioning of body senses,organs and blood .This nutrient we can get from all the leafy and non leafy vegetables and fruits such as cabbage,pumpkin,cucumber and so on.

Fourth nutrient is carbohydrate which is very essential to generate energy in the body . This nutrient we can get from all cereals which are wheat,bajara,sarso atta and so on.

Now we will discuss about its importance for our body which is given below;

Importance of Balanced Diet

1. Proper Functioning of whole body .

2. Proper functioning of bones.

3.To make body more powerful to fight disease ,illness by increasing the immunity in it .

4. To increase the efficiency of whole body.

So now we will discuss about its conclusion which is that in todays modern era if we want to get growth and progress in life without any stoppage due to ill health it is very important to have balanced diet and to keep in our mind its all the importance .
