What ayurveda say about covid-19

We all know about covid 19 how it is affecting millions of life right now in all over the world all kind of medical pathies are trying to find out the vaccine or treatment for covid 19.

But nobody is trying Ayurveda for this in Ayurveda. There is lots of treatment and guidelines on how to protect or prevention of coronavirus. Still, we all have to know about this before it took lots of lives. So here are a few guidelines...

First of all, we all have to know about the symptoms of coronavirus 19.

There are three stages of covid 19 i.e., low mild and strong symptoms...

If you develop symptoms like running

Nose

Sore throat 

Cough

Breathing difficulty 

Body ache

So, first of all, we have to know about the symptoms that are relayed to Kapha dosha virkriti, according to Ayurveda.

Which means it is obstructing the prana Vayu [respiratory tract]. And the patient develops obstruction or problems in breathing.

Management for corona 

First of all, we all have to pacify the Kapha dosha to clear the pathway of respiration.

In Ayurveda, there is shadangpaniya means six herbs Kada. We have to take it two times in the evening and morning.

In markets, there can be so many made-up packets for these herbs so that You can purchase it online.

In Diet, we don't have to touch these diary products because they are so heavy, which increases Kapha dosha in the body that may you put into more difficulty if you took those products.

She consumes lukewarm water before drinking water. You have to boil it first, then drink it, and you can get some tulsi leaves in this water to make it more efficient to treat cough and cold.

Please avoid milk curd ghee cheese and daytime sleeping. These are the main factors which directly related to increasing cough and cold in your body so pls prevent these things.

How day time sleeping can affect your health if you sleep in day acc to Ayurveda. It might be dangerous for your health because sleeping in day time can increase the Kapha dosha in your body, which will lead to high obesity cholesterol and high or low blood pressure. So that's why in the time of the pandemic, this is going to create a significant impact on your health. We all have to don't sleep in the day time or excess sleep. It is not right, according to Ayurveda.

Stop eating fast food because this awful for our health to eating fast.

Because it's a severe infection that stopped the whole world at the moment, so be safe from this virus by taking care of yourself and your family use disinfectants or hand sanitizers before becoming victims of this virus its bad news that Europe is becoming next epicenter of the virus.
