What are the most ideal approach to lose weight

All things considered, as simple as it looks. It was a severe troublesome a great time. Furthermore, any sort of change is incredibly annoying.

Eating propensities-

• First of all, I quit eating rice and dispensed with it from my eating routine. So I changed to eating two Rotis/Chappatis or, in some cases, even Bajara/Makka roti in lunch and supper.

• I used to eat a great deal of low-quality nourishment/inexpensive food. Chips, noodles, samosa, kachori, Pizza, and so on were removed from my eating regimen.

• I just ate custom made nourishment, and to be straightforward now, I love natively constructed food. LOVE. Speculation I've grown up ( thus made my nourishment decisions )

• Stopped devouring sugar. No chocolates, no frozen yogurts.

• More veggies were remembered for my eating routine. For eg-Daal, grows, chickpeas, soybean, blended vegetables.

• I used to get hunger longings, so I ate papad or moong daal.

• Consumed green tea after every supper.

• I used to drink lukewarm lemon water in the first part of the day, void stomach.

Workout regime-

• I started with brisk walking, every day in the morning.

• Commuted by cycle to places nearby or just go for walks.

• Don't sit at someplace for too long, keep moving or just stand.

• So, after I started jogging and cycling, I began to develop stamina, yet I didn't feel secure. So I started doing Yogasanas and Surya namaskars. It was one of the difficult tasks I ever did. Apart from that, basic squats and push-ups.

• So after that, I switched on to YouTube videos and learned basic push-ups and squats and later included many variations to it.

• I also indulged myself in various physical activities like Dancing, playing badminton, etc.

Lifestyle changes-

• Started waking up at 6 am and going to bed at 10 pm.

• Try intermittent fasting.

• I created a schedule for the day and followed it.

• Sticking to the routine is the key.

• Consistency and the will to never give will help you out a lot.

The positive, drug-like, side effects of food

Foods like fruit and vegetables contain some pretty powerful nutrients, called micronutrients. These nutrients have a positive, almost drug-like effect on the body.

Micronutrients are vitamins and minerals (and more) that we need in the right amounts to keep our body's physiological processes functioning correctly.

If we get too little of them, then your body stops functioning correctly (negative side effect).

When you get the right amount of micronutrients, your body functions like a well oiled high-speed race car (positive side effect).

The most common food source for micronutrients is fruits and vegetables.

But, you may be more familiar with some of the names of these essential vitamins and minerals.

For example:

Vitamin A→ supports proper immune function, wound healing, and red blood cell development.

Vitamin C→ Protects cells from free radicals (antioxidant properties), improves iron absorption, and helps build collagen protein.

Calcium→ Involved in forming teeth and healthy bones and muscle contraction.

This is a super tiny list, but you've undoubtedly heard of some of these essential vitamins and minerals (minerals).

So, as you see, the foods you eat (or don't eat) have HUGE positive side effects on the body, but the best weight loss drug merely is controlling how many calories you are taking in each day.
