ans:- They are those muslims who have crossed border and entered india illegaly after 1971 and stayed here and made fake documents like aadhar card , voter ID, and Ratoin Card. Which are actually the identity cards.
* Who are not required to prove there citizenship?
ans:- They are those peoples who belongs to the community of Hindus, Sikhs, Parsi, Jain, and buddhism who have come from Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Nepal by crossing border of india illegaly after 1971 will not required to prove there citizenship. THE peoples belonging to the above mentioned communities Will Automatically get the citizenship of India except Muslims.

- your father or your grand father who resides in india before 1971 it doesnt mean that You are the Citizens of India you are required to present the documents which are made before 1971 and also to prove that they are there actual parents and grand parents.
The Below Documents must be of your Grand father and all documents must be made before 1971

2. Land Certificate.
3. Board/ University Certificate.
4. Bank/LIC/Post Office Records.
5. Cirlcle Officer/GP Secretary Certificate in case of married women.

7. Ration Card.
8. Any Other Legally Acceptable Documents.

- Ghar wapsi which means converting back to Hinduism,
- Then article 44 this article tried to ban Burkha,
- Then removing Article 370 from Kashmir.
- Then importing article 48 which say not to slaughter cows (A muslim can be a muslim even if he/she dont eat flesh of halal animas).
- beating innocent muslims in the name of Jai shree ram and forcing them to recite the slogan of jai shree ram
- forcing muslims to recite "Bharath mata ki jai"
