WEIGHT LOSS SIMPLE ROUTINE

 

WEIGHT LOSS   -   SIMPLE ROUTINE   

 

Due to the sedentary life style from children to elders of all ages are facing a common problem of overweight.  If we add few changes in our regular life style then overweight problem can be overseen.

 

Just to start with here are few tips to be followed in our daily routine:

 

Early in the morning start your day by drinking a glass of warm water.

Then go for the morning walk for 30 mints.

After refreshing yourself have an healthy breakfast with boiled egg included in it.

Healthy breakfast includes Oats, Cornflakes, Idly etc, excluding Oil

Then drink natural fruit juices or milk.

 

In the morning protein and fibre rich food is good and helps in increasing the metabolism.

 

Eat small quantity of food for 5 times a day.  Drink lots of fluids preferable more of water, like 3-4 ltrs  a day.

 

During the lunch time eat food of your choice include legumes, Seeds , lean meat , vegetables etc.

 

In the evening during snack timings, include green tea in it.

 

In the dinner have a light meal so that by the time you get on to the bed it gets digested. So, your stomach will become light. Then you can drink the warm milk which gives you good sleep for getting up with a fresh mind.

Along with this meditation or yoga or exercises as per your preferences also can be added into your daily routine.

Just small change in the food habits will bring a big change in your life , which boost you with positive spirit along with right body posture.
