All other countries in the eb2 categories remain the same and remain current let's move to the eb3 professionals and skilled workers eb3  and china remain the same just  previous month India is JANUARY15 2012 and china is at March 22nd 2018. ALL other countries remain current in the eb3 category under the eb5 category the non-regional center remains current for all other countries eb5 regional center category is currently unavailable because this program is currently on hold because the program is currently on hold we're waiting for congress action to release it hopefully it's going to happen in the next couple of months USA has determined that there are more immigrant visas available  they'll state on their website that applicants can use dates of filing chart to be able to determine when they can file their adjustment of status application otherwise they'll indicate on the website that applicants must use the final action dates chart to be able to use it for adjustment of status purposes once we have the information from  we'll post the link in the description of this video you have the most up-to-date information if you're here in the  planning to adjust your stack jump into the employment-based final election dates chart and let's see what's going on over there as mentioned before um first preference for employment base is current for all countries and will remain current throughout the rest of the year second preference uh current for all countries except from  china is advanced five weeks first of March 2019 and in the advance six months to January 1st 2013 the rest of the world is current now let's jump to the third preference eb3 the rest of the world is current china is stuck at archeryarchery  22nd 18 and India is at January 2012. The rest of the world is current and this will remain like this in the next few months as well let's look at the fourth preference um these are religious workers current for the rest of  1st 2020 we'll see slight movement coming up in the next month or so mentioned before eb5 category is unavailable for regional centers  we're waiting for congressional action to reopen that hopefully in the next few months now let's talk about the family based categories we didn't see much movement in February 2022 bulletin and this is again because embassies and consulates are slowly now reopening  they're not fully reopened as we expected and so the backlog  for family petitions visa appointments are still a  slow and even though they're started doing interview waivers for certain immigrant visa categories we demanded more action from the state department to release that backlog we can see that reflected also in the visibility let's jump into final action dates in the family based category let's look at first preference f1 for the rest of the world right now we are looking at December 1st 2014.  China is at December 1st 2014 as well the same as India Mexico is at September 8 99 slow movement we don't see  changes coming up in the next few months and the Philippines is at March 1st 2012.  category is current for the rest of the world and that will remain pretty much throughout the next several months after we  the rest of the world is  this category we don't expect any further movement in the next few months unfortunately f3 category the rest of the world is at November 22nd 2008. the conclusion is as you can see employment-based calories will continue to move forward and faster than family-based petitions and this is again because embassies and consulates are still remaining to be closed they're not working on full capacity  don't think this Nothing's going to change before June  where we're gonna see hopefully some catch up by the state department on issuing visas for more people and hopefully waving more interviews and allowing the system to start flowing a  faster NVC is also re-backlogged right now not able to release files from  to embassies and as a result we see the backlog both on the side and the state department resulting in a very slow movement in the visa bulletin in this month and obviously in the next few months ahead so of course if we have any more information and any updates both on movement so of course if we have any more information and any update both on changes on the state department and on the promise to update you on this channel in the meantime remain patient and hopefully things will get better in the next few months once again if you're here for the first time don't forget to subscribe to our channel click the notification bell you don't miss any of our updates and also give us a big like so YouTube will be able to recommend this video to more people just like you in the description of this video there's a link to our blog article where we have a more detailed analysis of the visa bulletin including the charts make sure you check this link it's right in the description
