1. Stay active all day: -
Many people believe that being active means getting involved in some work all day. Being engaged means you move around all day, even for a few minutes. So, if you have a desk, you can stay active even if you walk a few steps every hour. This will help you avoid issues related to joint strength and flexibility.

 2. Drinking water bucket: -
60% of our joint cartilage is made up of water. Therefore, we need to drink a lot of water to keep our joints hydrated to continue producing synovial fluid and reduce the risk of cartilage wear and friction pain. Also, drinking water has many other physical benefits. So drink at least 7-8 glasses daily.

 3. Change your posture: -
One of the main reasons for joint pain is because you have a posture that puts excessive pressure on your joints. Therefore, it is essential to sit in a pose that helps your body transfer weight to other parts of the body, and your spine is in precisely the right shape. Otherwise, you will suffer more than just joint issues.

 4. Change your diet: -
Our body uses food to heal itself; Therefore, you must increase your joint strength. Inflammation is nature's key to a healthy joint. If you eat excessive meat, sugar, saturated fat, your joint pain will worsen over time. However, eating vegetables and fruits will help you fight a lot in joint pain. Therefore, change your diet accordingly.

 5. Reduce stress in your life: -
Stress contributes significantly to inflammation in your body. So, if you are doing high-pressure work, uncomfortable at home, or something else, keep it for your body for a while. Otherwise, the inflammation caused by the joints will soon take the form of joint pain, which will worsen over time. Therefore, it is another reason to live a stress-free life.

6. Get some muscle: -
It is always better to have someone lift weights. Likewise, your joint also needs a partner to lift some weight for itself. There is no better partner than a muscle, and therefore, some forces are placed on it. However, it is strongly advised to do this under a trained physical therapist or certified trainer who can teach you tricks without much injury.

7. Chill Everyday: -
Nothing is more important in life than caring for yourself. Therefore it is necessary to rest each day. Now it is up to you when and how you want to take rest. You can watch a TV series or sit back, doing nothing for a few minutes. You can also apply ice to soothe your pain. It will also help to stabilize your mental health.

8. Eat vitamin D and calcium tablets: -
We are taught that calcium and vitamins are good for our bones. However, due to the strong effect of oily food on our brain, we are not able to consume them much. In such a case, you should take calcium pills and vitamin D supplements to gain some strength. You can also sit in the sun for some extra vitamin D exposure.

 9. Stop smoking: -
People do not understand that smoking kills them in more ways than one. If you are a non-smoker, you are at greater risk of osteoporosis and bone fractures. If you have ever been involved in an accident, there is a possibility of your bursitis or tendonitis rupturing. Therefore, your couples need to quit smoking.
