Calcium

Calcium is one of the most critical chemicals in bone formation and teeth.  Calcium is a component that strengthens our bones and teeth. Therefore, children should be given calcium-rich foods in their daily diet plan.  Dairy products, nutritious foods, and green leafy vegetables such as squid and cabbage are also high in calcium.  Therefore, they should all be included in the diet.

Iron

The blood cells in our body can carry oxygen due to the presence of iron.  Red meat, animal products, spinach, collard greens, cabbage, and beans are all great for increasing iron in our bodies.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E is an essential vitamin for boosting the body's immune system.  Vitamin E keeps blood vessels clean and keeps the blood flowing correctly.  Sunflower oil, almonds, hazelnuts, and sunflower seeds are all rich in vitamin E.  Vitamin D is excellent for maintaining health and beauty.

Vitamin B and B12

Vitamin B is essential for boosting metabolism, energy, heart health, and nervous system function.  The primary sources of vitamin B12 are meat, eggs, and fish.  Vegetarians and non-vegetarians can eat fortified foods rich in nutrients for this vitamin.

Fiber

Fiber-rich foods may also be rich in vitamin E, vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, and potassium.  Fiber helps keep the gut healthy by improving the digestive process in children.  Broccoli, avocado, berries, oats, and beans are excellent sources of fiber.  Many of these foods can be included in a child's diet.

Vitamin D

Vitamin D keeps bones healthy and protects children from chronic diseases as they get older.  Snails, mackerel, herring, eggs, and milk are the primary sources of vitamin D.  You can get into the habit of consuming any of these foods in your body to get the required amount of vitamin D.

Vitamin C

Greens are good for growth and good health because they have good nutrition. Incorporating greens in the daily routine also helps prevent anemia and promotes good health. If the greens are not overcooked, it will help prevent the loss of vitamin C levels. Instead of junk food, keep more healthy snacks at home that will reach children.

Consider adding nutritious grains to your breakfast.  It significantly improves the daily intake of nutrients for children and bridges the gap in micronutrients of any kind.

Nutrients are essential for the healthy growth of babies.  Nutrition is critical not only for body growth but also for mental development.  But not everyone cares about feeding their babies, knowing what essential nutrients they need.  Most parents pay attention only to the taste and quantity of food that their children are interested in.  Such a taste-focused diet can adversely affect your baby's growth.

Getting proper nutrition through your diet does not have to be complicated.  Children between the ages of two and six are in the early stages of development.  It is essential to eat a balanced diet at this time.  Only then will growth be possible in the right way.
