1. Bhangarh Fort, Rajasthan

 

The fort of Bhangarh was built in 1631. And the destiny decided something else for the city. A black magician, fell in love with the beautiful princess of Bhangarh and used his magic to seduce her. When the Princess Ratnavati discovered the plan of magician, she sentenced him to death. 

Before his death, the magician cursed the fort and villages nearby to be miserable forever.

It is also true that Indian archeological survey has prohibited to enter the fort after dark. Because whoever entered the fort after dark could not make back ever. So If you wanna visit the fort, do it in daylight.

2. Kuldhara village, Rajasthan

Rajasthan has another uninhabited land where no one will dare to spend a night. It is said that in 1825, all villagers of kuldhara and 83 nearby villages vanished in a sudden and no trace of them is possible till date.

Some tell the story of a minister who fell in love with a girl of kuldhara and demanded them to marry her. He imposed illegal taxes on them when they refused. Finally they left the villages and cursed the land to be unoccupied by anyone forever.

3. Dow Hill, West Bengal

 

Two schools of Darjeeling, the Victoria boy's High school and Dow Hill girl's Boarding school is surrounded by some scarily woods. Many murdered dead bodies were found from this wood. And visitors tell the story of a headless boy following them. He disappears after sometimes in the silence of the forest. So, if you wanna visit this place, visit on your own peril.

4. Dumas Beach, Gujarat

 

Dumas Beach is located on the coast of the Arabian sea. It is said that it was a Hindu burial ground and that is why several mysteries belong to these brutal sands. Some reports convince the presence of restless spirits wandering around the Beach.

This part of the sea is considered responsible for many deaths. Locals also claimed to have witnessed several unexpected paranormal activities and missing of many people after dark.

During daytime tourists spend their time in large numbers on the beach, but as it starts getting dark they leave the place one by one.

5. Jatinga, Assam

It happens every year between September and October. During moonless nights, thousands of birds suicide and fall dead in a particular area of Jatinga, a small village of nearly 2500 locals.

This is very unnatural and rare because birds migrate to this land first and kill themselves. Scientists could not find any suitable justification for this mysterious phenomena.
