1) Indian Krait

Indian Krait is also called "Blue Krait". This snake can be from 3ft to 5ft long. Its color is Blue or Bluish Black. This snake is found from Punjab to West Bengal. Indian Krait eats rats, chameleons, and frogs. These snakes become very Dangerous at night. when they bite any person, the breathing pipe of the human gets blocked and the person cannot breathe quickly, and due to which the person dies.

 

2) Russell's Viper

This snake with a wide and Triangular shape mouth is very poisonous. Russell's Viper can up to 124cm long. This snake is found in the Punjab, West Bengal, West Coast Hill. This is a very poisonous and deadly snake. This snake is more active in the dark of night. After the bite of this snake, the person is paralyzed first and at last, the person dies.

 

3) Saw Scaled Viper

Saw Scaled Viper species is smaller than all the snakes of its species, It has an average length of 30cm to 90cm. This snake is found in stony areas like Maharastra, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan. This snake creates a sizzling sound by rubbing its skin together, when any danger is felt this sound increases even more and if a person does not listen, then it bites him immediately. This snake eats Scorpian, Beattle, Frog, Spider, and even other snakes.

 

4) King Cobra

This snake is found mostly in Kerela, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Maharastra. These snakes also very important according to Indian mythology because this snake is found in the neck of Lord Shiva. This snake is found almost all over India. 6) Malabar Pit Viper

This snake is found in many colors like Yellow, Green, and brown can be up to 105cm long. This snake is found in western ghats. When this snake bites a human the body of a human begins to swell and within two days that person dies. This snake eats frogs, squirrels, etc.

 

7) Bamboo Pit Viper

This snake, looking green and very beautiful, is very poisonous. This snake can be up to 3ft long. This snake is found in the Western Ghat of South India. Due to the green color, this snake hides in trees and plants very easily and waiting for the ambush. This snake eats chameleons, Birds, etc living on trees.

 

8) Hump-nosed Pit Viper

This brown and wide-mouthed snake can be grown from 30cm to 45cm long, and hide very well among the stones. This snake is found in the western ghats of South India in the higher level of coffee plantations. This snake is very dangerous During Night and Morning, and if the snake bites a human then that person dies within 1hour.

 

9) Andaman Pit Viper

Andaman Pit Viper is dangerous to look at and its skin is prickly. It is 60cm to 110cm long. This snake is only found on the Indian island of Samudra Andaman and Nicobar, this snake ambush waits for its prey and during this time if a person will arrive, it immediately attacks that person in his rescue. This snake eats Birds, Mice, and Frogs.

 

10) Banded Krait

These snakes are as beautiful as they can be fatal. This snake is the longest 6ft 11inch in the group of krait snakes. These snakes are found in places like the northeast like Mizoram, Assam, Tripura. These snakes are very shy, they hide their mouths in the horoscope and do not bit anyone quickly, but if they are teased by someone then they do not delay in cutting them. These snakes mostly eat other snakes but they also eat fish, frog, and other snake eggs.
