We all are busy in our life running after money. Ask a question from yourself for whom you are earning that money? For your family... What's the purpose of that money if your don't give time to your family it will be of no use. Today in the era of technology, i agree it gives us much better life then before but it gives us stressful life too. We have forgotton our responsibilities toward our parents. When we were children they take care of us, as we grew up and they became older they expect only one thing from us that is our time. They only wants that whole family sits on the dining table togather and tells them as how they spent thier whole day. Everything in this world tells us to live for more but god calls us to enjoy life where we are now. Living an abundant life doesn't mean our life are full of activities but that our lives are fulfilled in Jesus.
I am not saying we shouldn't have and pursue goals. I am also not suggesting we should find ways to avoid work. We can transform ourselves and our lives not just through the result of our labour but through the efforts themselves. When we wrap our days around thing we have to do. We leave very little time for thing we want to do. Happiness requires balance. We need the time with peaple we love. We need space to do things we enjoy in our life without any agendas other then having fun. We need opportunities to disconnect our minds and experience the world with childlike curiosity and wonder. All this reqires to wittle with our busyness. Think about how we experience when we are focused in our life.
Al last i just want to say give your family your time and attention they need.
