Callaway is contracted with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), currently fighting a fight under the SmackDown brand in which he is the current World Heavyweight Champion. Callaway made his wrestling career in 1984 with the World Class Championship Wrestling. In 1989, he joined the World Championship Wrestling (WCW) named "Mean" Mark Callous.

When WCW did not renew Callaway's contract in 1990, he joined the World Wrestling Federation (later to become World Wrestling Entertainment in 2002) in November of the same year as The Undertaker. Callaway has since been associated with the same company and is currently one of the senior WWE exhibitors. Sean Michaels, as well as The Undertaker, are one of the only two full-time wrestlers to appear in the very first episode of Monday Night Raw, both still with the same company.

The Undertaker has two conflicting moves: Deadman and American Bad Ace. Special matches involving The Undertaker (or more specifically, his "Deadman" personality) - Casket Match, Buried Alive Match, the infamous Hell in a Cell and Last Ride Match. A sequel to The Undertaker's story is his half-brother Ken, with whom he has formed a team called Brothers of Destruction. He (The Undertaker) holds a 20–0 record by not losing a single match at WrestleMania and has been beaten seven times by the WWE to win the WWE Championship four times and the World Heavyweight Championship three times. The bar is awarded the recognition of the world champion. 1999 Ministry of Darkness (Ministry of Darkness) In January 1999, The Undertaker returned and founded the Ministry of Darkness. Although he had become eviler than before, he was receiving orders from a "higher power". He often came in black robes and sat on a throne. With the help of his merry ponies, he often performed sacrifices of various WWE superstars, aiming to more and more expose his evil dark side from within the superstars so that he could recruit them into his ministry. Its ministry merged with the Corporation Alliance to form the Corporate Ministry. During this time, The Undertaker was contracted to perform rituals in his third WWF (WWF) at Over the Edge with the help of special referee Shane McMahon.  To beat Austin in the championship.  Two weeks later, it was revealed that Vince McMahon had always been The Undertaker's "high power" in Raw Is War. One night after the King of the Ring, the WWF Championship was dropped by The Undertaker in favor of Austin and after losing his first blood match to Fully Loaded, his contact with McMahonus Expired and the corporate ministry disbanded. The Undertaker then joined the story in which he teamed up with Big Tag, a tag team known as The Unholy Alliance, which twice held the WWF Tag Team Championships.
