The Stress Competition

The competition word itself has a defining meaning of conflict, war, adventure, struggle, fight, and ofcourse sometimes leads to stress and depression also.Well, the purpose of writing this is that I just want everyone to understand that today we all are living in a competitive world. We all are competing with each other and the most common one is stress competition you will find this everywhere and everytime.observe yourself and the environment around you ,you may find someone or some situation stressful and it may be possible that you find yourself stressful.I just hope who all are reading this may prove me wrong. Ofcourse nobody wish to be in this competition and about winning nobody will think of it.

Even i am also stressed and struggling to overcome from it.For the very first time I am trying hard to lose such competition cause losing this will be like winning myself. I am here to share my experiences about this and what new i am finding everyday in my life, new stressful people and situations including me.Yes i too panic alot on small small things and get easily angered. The problem with me is i have no closed friends and have a family with narrow minded people who just wanted me to get married and have children at the very age of 24 with someone whom i am not knowing, but i refused and my decision was ofcourse undigestable for my parents because they didn't asked me before finalizing it with someone whom i don't like. This was an ongoing instance of my life from which still i am struggling hard, and fighting with my own people in a hope that one day they will understand that marrying at 20s and having children at 30s and getting retired at 60s is not my goal at all.I am in search of meaningful life, in search of the purpose of my life that why I had born? I know its sounds "Filmy", but i am serious.

Anyways here's an instance of my surroundings,i take tuitions at home and one of my student has scored 94% in her first test and scored 81% in the second one.she belongs to class 1st and she is just 6 years old.Her mother scolded her alot for dropping her marks from 94% to 81% and then she came to me shouting that her child's grades has been dropped and she felt insulting in front of her friends at open day in school as her daughter's grades were lesser than her friend's children.I was amazed by her wordings and told her to be relaxed and make her understand that the reason of dropping grades was her daughter's illness, as she was suffering from fever at the time of second test. She only saw the one side of the coin that is the open day and the dropped grades and other side she didn't remember that her child was not well at the time of the exam, otherwise she is a brilliant student. On that day she not only stressed and pressurized herself in this situation but also to her 6 years old daughter.Though i can understand her concern, stress is not at all the solution.

My request to everyone is that don't get upset, depressed, stressed by small small things happening in your day to day life.Don't get upset by others, their words and their actions. This will only harm you and others who are your near and dear ones.First of all be kind to yourself and try to understand yourself first, your ownself, the meaning of your gifted life.Automatically you will start understanding others and situations too.You will start analysing both the sides of the coins. Other things that you can do to heal yourself is yoga, meditation and try to be far from negative people who make you to look upwards and downwards so that you won't find your right path.Be far from people who makes you to wander from your right path.Find those who always makes you look forward so that you can find your way to travel the journey of your life with ease, and without the "stress competition"I .

Thank you
