The Science of sleep

Sleep is one of the strangest things we do every day. An average person spends 36%of his life span asleep. Sleep servers multiple purposes that serve our brain and body. Every day our brain works and accumulates metabolic waste as it goes with regular neural activity so, by Sleeping our mind gets restored and if we don't sleep it leads to diseases related to brain 

The purpose of sleeping is memory consolidation, which is the process that maintains and strengthens your long term memory. Insufficient or fragmented sleep can hamper your strength to remember facts. 

           ♦Daily habits for better sleep

"No Caffeine afternoon"- if you are trouble in falling asleep then eliminate caffeine from your diet instead you can go with  morning coffee

"Use the bedroom for sleep and s** only " - is your bedroom promote good sleep, the environment your bedroom is. The ideal situation is dark, calm, and quiet, as said in the above one. Eliminate extra things in your bedroom, which takes away your sleep like TV, electronics, speakers, computer,  sounding fan, and all the fun' ing stuff. Improve the architecture in your bedroom so that you may feel it right to make sure that you have painted the bedroom with a pleasantly cool, and away best lite colors .shaded colors will also make an impact on the sleep.

18° -21° C RECOMMEND- it's better to turn your ac to these temperatures so that your sleep would knock your bedroom fast if the temperature of your bedroom is too high or too low then you are likely to get sweat if it's hot and you may feel cold if the temperature is too low below 17. So make sure that your bedroom temperature is regulated regularly.

It's true having a drink before bed help to sleep - "A NIGHTCAP " --- In the temperate regions, there is a culture of drinking alcohol, so if not preferably said to consume alcohol too much. Still, it's a piece of advice that too much may cause damage to life; having a cap of alcohol would do nothing to your body but, it can make you sleep faster. Alcohol consumption is good for health when it is limited, and its harmful when we are addicted.

Natural sleep aid - exercise makes you sweat this sweating process will cool down your body and makes you fell asleep, as exercise is good for our physical fitness it's good to go with exercise for 5 minutes if you feel you are not in the mood of sleep. over-exercise can kill your sleep too, so exercise in limited -sleep granted

A quiet space is key for good sleep - silence is a place for peace; this atmosphere brings sleep fast. Make sure that your surroundings are quiet, and there is no sound or disturbance

No gadgets before sleep- using Mobile before sleep can kill your sleep because the light which is coming from the screen is blue light which sends a message to your brain that it's not the time to sleep so your brain will get this foul message, and it will not stimulate sleep. So better not to use Mobile before sleep
