At the present age, we live in the age of Science. The influence of Science can be found in every phase of life. So, Science is an essential part of our lives. Man has been discovering many new things to make his life joyful and happy. In this way, he has defeated nature and learned many things that are not known by us.

These are the people who became famous by their inventions:-

Thomas Alva Edison:- Thomas Alva Edison was an American inventor born on February 11, 1847, who considered one of the greatest American innovators. He made around 1100 inventions. He was the one who invented the electric bulb. He got Awards like Technical Grammy award, Jhon Scot Legacy Medal, and more.

Arthur Wynne:- Arthur Wynne was born on June 22, 1871, in Liverpool, England. He created the Page of diamond shape puzzle for the letters F-U-N on December 21, 1913. He was the British born inventor famous for new crossword puzzles.

Lewis Waterman:- Lewis Waterman was born in 1837 in Newyork. The legend that in 1883, Waterman improved a fountain pen. His first pen related to the patent was granted in 1884. He was the founder of the Waterman pen company.

Alexander Fleming:-  Alexander Fleming was a Scottish scientist born on August 6, 1881. He discovered the life-saving drug Penicillin. This simple discovery and use of antibiotic agents have been saved millions of lives. He got Noble Prize for this discovery in 1945. He is popularly known for the development of Penicillin and Lysozyme.

James Watt:- A long time ago, people could travel done by foot or horse riding. This made traveling very difficult. However, James Watt got the idea of inventing the steam engine by seeing the lid of a kettle move due to the force of stem. He was a great Scottish engineer, born in Greenock on January 19, 1736. He developed the concept of horsepower. The SI unit of Power Watt was named after him.

Alexander Graham Bell:- Alexander Graham Bell was born in Edinburgh, Scotland, on March 3, 1847. Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone while he was doing some important work on telegraphy. He created the first working telephone in 1877. He got Awards like Albert Medal, Jhon Fritz Medal, and more.

Jagadish Chandra Bose:- Jagadish Chandra Bose was born on November 30, 1858, in Mymensingh district of Bangladesh. He was a physicist and botanist. Jagadish Chandra Bose conferred the title of 'Knight' in 1916. His most notable awards were CIE, CSI, and Knight bachelor, etc.

Marie Curie:- Marie Curie was born in Warsaw, Poland, on November 7, 1867. She was the first female scientist to win the Noble Prize twice in two disciples of Science. She accepted Physics and Chemistry as her workplace. The notable awards received by her were Noble Prize in Physics in 1903  and Chemistry in 1911.

John Logie Baird:- The invention of Television is a part of history. John Logie Baird was an Engineer who is best remembered as the first inventor of a Television set, born on August 13, 1888, at Helensburgh, United Kingdom. He was a Scottish Engineer and mostly known for the inventor of Television.

With the invention of different discoveries, the world has turned into a global village. A great scientist whose knowledge has been utilized for the benefit of humanity is now employed by ambitious stats of man to discover new searches. Apart from this, Science is a fascinating subject for humankind.
