Fortnite can be a challenging game for even the hardcore veteran gamers. It can be frustrating dying in the initial few minutes when you choose to land in a popular location close to the bus's route. Likewise, not finding any valuable loot by landing in an isolated area can be easily as or maybe even more frustrating. This double-edged sword like situation might seem unmanageable, but there is always a solution.
The Strategy:
The best loot is found in vaults located throughout the map at 5 different locations, namely The Shark, The Agency, The Grotto, The Rig and most importantly the Yacht. I focus primarily on the Yacht here as it is one of the least opened vaults due to it being substantially difficult to find the boss, in this case Deadpool, who has the keycard. So we need to find a way to kill Deadpool and swipe the keycard to open the vault, right? Wrong. There is another boss that holds a duplicate of the Yacht's keycard that very few players know about.
After a change made in a recent update the former Yacht boss, The Meowscle is now located in a building that is south east of Lazy Lake and south west of Retail Row. I've indicated the location in the picture above for your convenience. He is always located at this building and there are no henchmen guarding him. If we kill him, we can get the Yacht's keycard easily. But the Yacht is so far away from this location, I hear you inquire. Again, there's a solution. Use a helicopter. It is the fastest vehicle in the game.
Now we reach another roadblock. How do we get the helicopter? There's none near the building Meowscle is in. Here we consider the fact that the helicopter is fast. Land at a place that has the helicopter. Quickly grab it and fly to the building Meowscle is in. Now we have all the pieces together to formulate a unbeatable strategy.
How To Execute It:

Land at The Agency right next to the helicopter. Get in and fly away as soon as possible. This makes sure players also landing at the same location do not have the time to grab a gun and kill you. Alternatively, you could also get the helicopter from The Grotto or an island north of Misty Meadows. (All locations indicated in the picture as a H). Choose whichever location is the closes to your bus's path.
Next, fly to The Meowscle's building. (Indicated as a M). Land preferably at the top of it and break your way in at the right north east corner. Grab some guns and load up as killing Meowscle is easier said than done. Use cover effectively and keep hitting him consistently. Kill him and get the keycard. You get the Mythical Meowscle's Peow Peow Rifle as a bonus right here. You can continue as normal after this or follow along to get a lot more loot.
Your next destination must be The Yacht. Land in the water on the east side. Break in through the panel using your pickaxe. (Indicated as a P). The vault should be in front of you. Kill the henchman with the minigun if he is in sight of the vault.
You have done it. :) Open the vault and enjoy all the amazing weapons that it holds. Use the same helicopter to fly away and avoid the zone if necessary.
Additional Tips:
Perform the whole operation as soon and as swiftly as possible. The zone closes in pretty quickly on The Yacht and you don't want to be caught in it for any extended period of time. This works best if bus's path is away from The Yacht which avoids unnecessary player interaction and gives a lower chance of the vault already being open. Moreover, you can use the zone to your advantage. Wait hovering in your helicopter nearby and once the zone closes in and any remaining players flee The Yacht, land, grab and fly back into the eye of the storm.
