The Art Of Solitude

Today we are living in a highly accelarated world.people have completely devoted themselves to work disregarding themselves especially their thoughts, or in other words, mind."Healthy mind means a healthy body", which breifly explains that to have a good health, one must pay attention to their health and then their work.

Usually, alone and lonely are often confused with one another. Alone means being enjoying one's own company and only few find felicity in this process. And on the other hand, lonely is when we feel left-out, there is no one there for an emotional support. A person who feels lonely ends up having an obnoxious behaviour.

The world rather has an odd approach towards the people who favour to be left alone. They are usually portraied as depressed people and in some cases "arrogant", "egoistic" etc. Being alone and finding out about yourself through your thoughts and not being bothersome is an art that only few can posses and learn, if they try.

When we are alone, thoughts and memories start crossing our mind. We fall into a deep slumber of our thoughts and become disconneted from the world.After some time, when we come back to our senses, we become a lot clearer about our thoughts and feels refreshing. Although not everyone likes the idea of being alone and reflecting upon their thoughts. But some people have more clarity when they share their inner thoughts with somebody and seek a level of comfort and emotional support.

But a human is a social animal and cannot always be alone. He has to involve himself with a certain amount of people he feel comfort and warmth with. In conclusion. don't let the world separate you from yourself, because at the end you will be there for yourself. It's your life and you should take a moment to look upon your thoughts to have a clear future vision.
