sports are combination of many physical activities.In sports over whole body are  involved which are good for health.

Many types of sports we played in over daily life some are given their:cricket,football,basketball,olympic games,swimming etc.How it is good for health? when we play game over whole body involved like when we play cricket in cricket we run to caught ball.We run for makes runs.Over mind is fully involved in game.In cricket we meet with many types of people.We rely eachother in many things.We learn many type of lesson from sports.In sports over body fully move which are good for health over bloodpressure is good when we move over body by this we safe from many types of hearts diseases and also others.In sports we learn  about brotherhood and many types of good things in it.Many people like to watch others to play sports.Those who watch others called fans.Some fans watch others on television and sone watch in stadiums and enjoy their game.Some are those who pay to watch them.Sports help to lose weight,blood sugar and also cholesterol.Good health allow people to do many things in life.A health is good through proper diet and exercise and proper sleeping,for this sports is best to do exercise.When we go to gym we do many types of exercises like arms exercises,chest,legs exercises which hit over musles properly and after  doing exercises we eat proper diet then we look best in over life.Sports have many rules or customs by these we governed then.Sports is major source of entertainment in over life.Sports psychology is study to how to influence in over daily life.Sports help us to reales over tensations.They helps us in medicine field.They help to disable persons which are not able to move in over life.There are many types of benefits of sports in over life.
