Seven Hints for a Long and Solid Life

As good as modern medical technology is, it can never save you from lifestyle problems.  Instead of fixing one therapy for each problem, the lifestyle should be designed in such a way that you will rarely fall ill.

An ounce of prevention is definitely better than a pound of cure.  Here are seven ways to learn how to live a long and healthy life.  Apart from this, the same lifestyle which helps you in avoiding disease also helps you in losing weight.

     1. Get enough exercise

You must have often heard that old people were always healthy.  This was because he had to use his physical body during his normal tasks.  He used to pay more attention to physical exertion.  But today no one wants to do physical work, can work in the car, then can sit, get up in the car to go home and when he will go home, he will sit comfortably all day.  is.  In such a life one does not have to labor.  This physical inactivity is one of the main causes of a host of diseases.  The game is going on  If we do not need to physically exhaust ourselves for our normal work, then walking and other things should be included in our lives.

     2. Sleep while you sleep

It may seem simple, but many people sleep late, when their body is telling them that it is time to sleep.  Yoga and Ayurvedic doctors also say that it is better to sleep at night and stay active during the day.  However, people like students will consume coffee and stimulants to study till late at night.  This develops the habit of staying active at night and sleeping during the day.  While we can do this, it ultimately takes a toll on health.  Alternative health doctors say that this kind of unnatural life is one of the factors contributing to the cause of cancer and other diseases.

     3. Eat when you are hungry

This is also a simple idea, but once again we often go against body messages.  If you get out of the habit at certain times of the day or due to social pressure, when you have no real hunger, you will not be able to digest your food properly.  Acidity and indigestion begin, and this contributes to the possibility of more complicated diseases to the root.  Loss of appetite is actually a sign of good health, but if you are not hungry then you should wait a bit and then eat.  (If you have no appetite even after waiting for the appropriate time, you should consult a doctor because something is wrong.)

     4. Fast On a regular, systematic basis

If you ask a person to work 365 days a year without rest, they will complain and say that they should take a little rest otherwise they will break.  But we never understood the need to think about our digestive organs, which we are forced to work day to day without rest.  They can't resist the way someone does it for their boss, but they signal to us that they can't work non-stop.  When we ignore those signs and still force them to work, those organs are broken.  That is why periodic fasting is necessary.  Avoid eating all day.  It relaxes your digestive organs and also helps eliminate waste from your body.  Regular fasting allows a person to gain extra time for intellectual or spiritual pursuit.  Fasting is not for sermons in a cave, but a sensible practice that anyone can practice.

  5. Wash with cold water before going to bed

As mentioned above, adequate sleep is necessary for the maintenance of health.  If you wash your vital motor and sensory organs (hands, hands, eyes, feet, mouth, genitalia) before using cold water, it will relax you and prepare you for deep sleep.

     6. Meditate regularly

Your body is connected to your mind.  Many diseases of this era are psychosomatic.  Stress and anxiety affect our physical health.  Meditation is a mental exercise that, among other things, allows you to separate yourself from the worries of life.

    7. Wake up early in the morning

Waking up early makes a person healthy, wealthy and intelligent.  "I don't know if it will make you rich, but it will definitely make you healthier. Your body just needs enough sleep, not too much and too little."
