How use Sense of humor?

Sense of humor is really used for verbal and written text. people love persons who have  sense of humor. The condency of power of doing funny  things and everytime add to it's meaning is not a easy thing. I knew what it is , as I had a great sense of humor and my friends loved my sense of humor, my one liners by which they laugh. It's some time a joke, sometime irony and sometime it becomes criticism. 

A research idealise humor as a strength , humor makes people close and want people to be happ, help to reduce stress. humor appreciates everywhere because it's benefits everyone. Now humor is appreciated and loved to oraganised in psychological behaviour. There are many poets who wrote humor , ioronical poetries ; people love it.

Health: Humor so beneficial for impact on depress and sad people with turn to negative thoughts. It's also a great therapy for those people. 

Ageing: Humor so proves to deal with ageing process in specific arears. a) improving your physical health, b) health improving social communication, c) a sense of satisfaction.

Views about Humor:

Humor has many viiews and very popular during the years. It's use as medication as we don't need medications. In Ancient India, Sanskrit drama, "Bharat Muni's Natya Shastra" defined humor as one of the mine nava raas which when inspired by the mimicry of actors performance. In Arabic and percian culture; This comedy and satire become so alike after"Aristotle's Poetics" was translated into arabic at Islamic times where it was originated by Arabic writers and Islamic Philosophers. such as Abu Bashir, his student Al- Farabi', persian Ibn Sina. Muhammad Al- Baqir's hadith about Humor" Indeed Allah loves those who are playful among people without obscenity. It's also well being of mind and body.

Thus humor always a best releif to vanish all pain and hurt in life whether to laugh at your self or to laugh others. Laughing is a great exercise to deal pain and sufferings and better to laugh as much as you can.though humorous people are sad from inside but they  don't show the world thwie weakness and laugh everyone in a better way and deal life in more better way.
