For anyone seeking a healthy sustainable life one vital habit is self care. When we are living in a life full of stress,noise and activities, we tend to loose ourselves in the race of competing and having the best life.
From time to time we need to stop and take out some time to actually enjoy what we have and focus on the present and to have a little self realisation.
Here are some ways and ideas of self care.
1. Simply shedule your day
take out 5 minutes form your hactic day to write down things you actually need to do and focus on tomorrow. It will save your time and you’ll have things sorted for you.
2. Take a long warm bath
while you are at it light a candle, have a magazine, and listen to soothing music. Have a wine. Add bathing salt to clear your aura. Be fancy and treat yourself for the hardwork.
3. Sleep
you must have listened about beauty sleep. Yes that is true and scientifically proven that you need a good sleep for your mind body and soul to work in proper harmony.
4. Write a journal
write out your thoughts. Whatever comes in your mind let everything come out of your mind good thoughts or the things bothering you.
5. Unplug for a day
take a day of from work and sit at home enjoying your favourite meal and being with the ones you love.
6. Take a walk
take a walk or practice yoga do stretches to open up your body and let the energy flow.
7. Meditate
Sit close your eyes and relax forget about everything for 10 minutes and just be yourself.
8. Try out new thing
Try something out of the box and be creative.
9. Endulge in a sport
Try out a new sport or hobby or head to the gym.
love yourself and be happy with who you are. Stay strong. Spread happiness everywhere.
