See Yoga's Power and Be Successful

Hello Everyone,

                      I am Very Glad to write about this topic. In India 'YOGA' is not only an exercise thing, But It's also culture from 2500 years ago. Maharshi Patanjali founded 'YOGA' 2500 years ago. And the whole world accepted yoga as a Combo thing ( Mentally and Physically) as well as multi-tasking like Health issues, Different disease, Physics, mental stress, etc.

What is 'YOGA?'  Yoga's meaning is 'being Joined', 'Make Connection.' Connect with the nature of our body and mind.

There is a shloka said by Maharshi Patanjali ' Yoga: Chittavritti: Nirodh'. Means control the all unnecessary actions.

There are an 8 'Angas' (Stages) Of Yoga YAMA , NIYAMA, ASANA, PRANAYAMA, PRATYAHAR, DHARANA, DHYAN, SAMADHI, etc.

Yoga also has a scientific perspective that If we want to live an active life we should have a healthy body and mind and we should accept this fact. Do your study, start yoga and make your life peaceful as well as successful.

Keep some things in your mind during learning yoga:

* If you are learning yoga somewhere, check the experience of yoga coach and make sure about the originality of yoga.

* who are experts in this field or experienced, make the discussion with them, what's the problems and good experiences during learning.

* First you should learn the basics of yoga's 'ASANA' after that you can reach slowly to the hard path.

* Spread the Awareness about yoga for distance from diseases.

* We can get control over Blood pressure, Diabetes, Acidity, mental diseases, psychosomatic disorders, and many diseases. 

* Keep trying, keep growing, be healthy, be active. Make your life peaceful & successful.

 

Try to wake up early in the morning Around 5.30 am. Do yoga daily for 1 hour. The morning time weather is the best.

I hope you will do well, And you will get a better result. Your life will be healthy, successful, wealthy and Happy.
