Panic attacks

Panic Attacks-

Panic attacks where you feel shortness of breath ,

Heart pounds faster ,feel warmth ,stomach ache,feeling like I will get a heart attack.It happens with any age of people .child to teen.teen to adult .adult to old aged people.In this effect people feels afraid going outside they feel like they are gonna get another panic attacks .By thinking and thinking about it they get another panic attacks.It feels like you are gonna die .You feel like you are gonna fait.But hey chill! It's not a diseases or any kind os symptoms .

Till Today noone has died of panic attacks .It's just a imaginary concept in mind which trigger the anxiety level .I have dealt with it and also have gone through it.But now it feels that it was a bad dream for me.I have some tips for all of you

1)don't visit doctors it is not any kind of diseases 

2)don't take any kind of medicine

3)relax chill enjoy you life

4)it just a process that will come and go it won't hurt u neither kill you

5)ignore it as it won't damage u

6) remember that it hurted you yesterday but it didn't dealt any damage to you

7)stop watching about panic attacks 

8)just think it is a creation of mind for distraction and move on

9)belive in your self

10)you should over come it none of the people will help you.

I have dealt with it and have overcome through it.

If I can do you too can do it belive in yourself .

It's just an illusion and it's just like a wave it will come in an force but will disappear in an force.

Just relax and carry on what were you doing 

It won't harm you.

Enjoy life.

Enjoy with people around you.

Enjoy every moment.

Don't take any illusion to destroy your precious moment 

Share happiness around you

Every thing will be fine trust me .
