OPPO FIND X2 PRO WILL HAVE BETTER CAMERAS THAN THE STANDARD VARIANT According to the executive, the Find X2 Pro will offer “extra image quality”, suggesting a different, better camera setup. Moreover, he states that the non-Pro will use a new Sony IMX sensor that already offers improvements to the image quality over previous generation phones. Also, the Oppo Find X2 will have a smaller camera hump and the phone will be thinner than the Pro variant. The extra bulk probably is a justified price that the Oppo Find X2 Pro has to pay for the more advanced hardware.
Interestingly enough, the VP prefer the Find X2 due to its slimmer profile and choice of finishes. The X2 and X2 Pro will have a different exterior finish and presumably different color options. The Find X2 Pro will have a triple camera module, including a periscope for advanced Zoom capabilities. The camera array houses dual 48MP sensors that come along with a 13MP periscope telephoto unitAnyway, Shen shares that he prefers the Find X2 for its slimmer profile and choice of finishes (the X2 and X2 Pro will differ in the exterior finish and presumably colors available). It’s unclear which of these cameras will be downgraded in the vanilla unit.
