Nowadays we all are very much concern about our health.We all agree with the saying, "HEALTH IS WEALTH".I remember when i was kid i used to love to become ill so that i wont be able to go to school.But now as i had grown up i am very much concerned about my health.I had decided my do's and don'ts.Like i had started ignoring processed and packed food as much as possible. I had started eating homemade cooked food.So coming to the point I am going to share some views on yoga and naturopathy, as there are some misconceptions and myths about both them and both are very beneficial in maintaining your health.

NATUROPATHY AND YOGA HAS GAINED SO MUCH POPULARITY IN TODAY'S WORLD.BOTH HAVE ESSENTIAL BENEFITS TO CURE INNUMERABLE DISEASES.

  • YOGA AND STRETCHING ARE THE SAME.

Stretching is done to become supple but yoga is all about developing greater and greater awareness or hoslistic development of human being.yoga develops an ability to do different movements in different areas of the body at the same time.In the beginning while practicing yoga we are captivated by the intensity of the stretch itself but within few days we feel a relationships in the body that have a large influence on our movement, physical ease, and even our mental state.This is felt after doing physical practice of asanas and pranayama. So yoga is the development of awareness through physical practice.

 

  • NATUROPATHY IS ONLY FOR WEIGHT REDUCTION.

 Naturopathy proved its efficacy in treating all chronic diseases i.e. Gastritis, Acidity,          Constipation, Colitis, Amoebiasis, Ulcers, Bronchial Asthma, Sinusitis, Rhinitis, Bronchitis,   Insomnia, Depression, Anxiety, Paralysis, Spondylosis, Arthritis, Neuromascular Disorders.

 

  • STARVING IS NECESSARY DURING TREATMENT PERIOD.

There is a myth that starving and fasting wd help you los weight fast, would help you cure yourself in a very short span.But naturopathy believes in "Right food at right time at right place is right medicine" and "Food is Medicine".It is willing abstinence from food; hence, there is a positive physiological changes in the body and mind.
