Let just start with beginning I mean basic food which each and every women should know for survival . Weather you are in school , college , hostel or after marriage in your in laws place .
I still remember , when it's my first day in kitchen after marriage their is ritual of making dessert by new bride for guests . My mother in law said make "kheer" for every one that time I said "ohk sure". But , I never went to kitchen alone earlier , their are lot of stuff going in to my mind what to do what not . Actually , I know how to make "kheer" But that time I am very scared new place new things etc. Finally , after while I started making kheer . Any how slowly I found pan , rice , sugar and other ingredient which are required . I am very nervous because of that it took me 1 hour to make it. Usually it only takes 30 minutes maximum .
Just note down the ingredients
- Milk 500 g
- Sugar 1 cup
- Elaichi 4-5
- Rice 1 cup
- Water 1 glass
- Dry fruits
- Cooking time 30 minutes
- Serving for 6
- Take a pan , pour the milk in it place it on stove in medium flame .
- Soak the rice in water for 5 min.
- Add some sugar in milk n elaichi powder .Boil it in high flame .
- Now , add the soaked rice in it. Cook it for 10 min on low flame till rice gets soften .
- After 10 minutes add the desired dry fruit of your choice like kaju badam etc .
- Serve it hot or cool in both ways it will taste delicious .
