Mistakes you are doing while drinking milk!!

Milk is considered as very important food of our life. Milk has all the necessary nutrients that a human body need for day to day activity. Milk is good for every person excepting lactose intolerant. Milk is considered very good according to Ayurveda. Milk of goat and camel Toe s considered as a precious liquid for human wellbeing.

Chilled Milk

We should never drink chilled milk. It creates the problem of indigestion in our body and causes constipation and bloating. We should always drink by boiling it and little warm. By heating up milk, Milk molecular structure gets changed in such a way that it becomes very easy to digest and by the way milk is a cold nature food.

With foods

Milk should not be consumed with foods. Milk is itself a food and consumed with with meals becomes very heavy for your stomach. So keep 2 hours gap between before and after the meal. 

Mixing with salty foods

According to Ayurveda milk with salt is considered e slow poison. So stop mixing milk in different dishes. Milk is best when drink alone without any food.

With Fruits

Drinking milk with fruits is considered very common but it is not like that. Milk should not be consumed with fruits because it can cause problems related with skin and Hair. Milk should not be consumed with Citrus fruits like lemon, oranges etc.

Milk reacts with this acidic fruits. In exceptional case Amla can be used for drinking with milk. Banana can be used for weight gaining ie those who want to gain weight drink banana shake.

Some additional tips, milk can be consumed at any time. But the best time is drink it in the night onlyml. Because at night our body produces essential enzymes that are required for the better digestion of milk. And Cow's milk is considered as best milk on the basis of daily consumption. Buffalo's milk can be drink by those who want to increase their weight.
