Migraine : How to overcome with it.

 

 

Types of migraine :

There are many times of migraines. The most prevailing migraine are as follows :

  • Migraine with aura ( Complicated migraine) : whoever experienced this type of migraine, they seen the black dots and zig zag to tinkling numbness on one side of the head. This last from 10 to 30 minutes. It is a severe head pain. Aura is a second migraine's four stage.
  • Migraine without Aura (common migraine) : This type of migraine diagonised with difficulty on it's symtoms are similar to many other types of migraine. With this occured nausea, no head pain, vomitting. 
  • Hemiplegicic Migraine : discovers the pain by people as this type of migraine pain on one side of the body, and ' a pins & needles' sensation or a loss of sensation.
  • Retinal Migraine : This type of headache causes you to temporarily lose vision in one eye. It is a retinal migraine.
  • Chronic migraine : If you had constant headache of 15 days, a month. Mostly this is like typical migraine sometime mistaken as a ' tension headache' or ' sinus headache' if the pain is less severe. It's medication taken for 10-15 days. 
  • Ice pick headache is like stabbed in the head with an  ice pick. This is sudden pain, intense and sharp and shortly for 5 to 30 seconds but its seriously painful for less time.
  • Cluster Headache : This is another severe pain. It's like burning pain around and above your eyes at your temples,and even moving towards the back of your head, You got runny nose , swollen eyes sometimes referred as ' suicidal headaches'.
  • Cerricogenic headache : It's pain in your head and your neck. This pain comes from neck or from a lesion in the spine which is rather confused as the back of your head. It's type of pain require physical therapy ; some medication or some other treatment been effected.

Reasons of Headaches : 

  1. stress , anxiety, tensions in one's life.
  2. disorder of digestive system
  3. Constipation
  4. some eye probles, nerve or muscle problems
  5. loss of appetite 
  6. sleeping disorders
  7. mobile rays 

Treatment :

  • pain relieving medications but it's of temporarily effective.
  • Homeopathic medicines though it's process is slow but it's more effective and less side effects then tablets. my doctor prescribed homeopathic medication so it's been effective on me. 
  • Self - care : stress and anger management, improvement in sleeping habits , correct your diet .
  • less use of mobile phone ,as it's rays damages eyes and your muscles and head.
  • some therapies effected like muscles relaxation, accupunture.
  • temperature therapy: is good for headaches, put ice packs on neck or head, it's have numb effect ,it relaxes your head and eyes and muscles which decreases the pain in sometime. Tablets like Tylenol, aspirin is good in your headache, Don't drink too much caffeine.
  • Turn off your light  or mobile half hour before when you want to sleep. darken the room to sleep. sleep at your time.calm your mind to sleep and relax your senses.
  • Don't overthink much in night it become headaches. it's of no use it's worsen your life and sleep. Migraine often to poor night's sleep. 
  • minimize your distractions. As you watch less T.V , it's waste of time, Don't sit in to too much disturbance. do your work in alone enviroment.
  • Medications: check on your medicines as any of medicine contain caffeine , take medicine always with doctor's prescription don' t take by own.
  • Don't skip meals : careful about your meals. Avoid foods like chocolate, caffeine., alcohol .
  • exercise regularly by which you feel calm and relax. Do yoga for your mind and body. your nutritionist dietand weight can provide you benefit managing migraines.drink as much as 8 -  10 glasses pf water . it's purify your dirt and hyderate your body.
