Meditate with mantra

Which has the power to free man from all limits. How can the repetition of a word or a few words have the potential to bring about such miraculous results? It is all based on a simple psychological principle, "As you think, so you become." If you're someone "you're an idiot," it's a terrible insult and will hurt you. However, if you think "I am stupid" and keep repeating this phrase over and over again, it is awful.

When someone tells you that you are an idiot, it is a negative external suggestion. When you start thinking about it, you are giving yourself a negative auto-suggestion. If you keep believing negatively, your personal development will suffer. The meditation mantra has a positive meaning. They remind you that your real nature is something incredible: pure consciousness and infinite love. If you start thinking about the best part of your existence, you will begin to have more confidence in yourself, which will become evident in your actions.

However, many people have read philosophical, spiritual, or self-help books explaining these ideas, and yet they do not realize these great truths in their everyday reality. Just thinking about a good idea once and then closing the book is not enough. To get results, you need to believe in a focused and systematic way over some time. Meditation mantras have a unique quality that helps in focused, positive thinking: their very vibrations can focus and concentrate your mind. Some sounds, such as a power drill smashing a pavement, can make you very nervous, while other sounds, such as soothing music, can take you to another world.

The syllables and words used in meditation mantras have been chosen according to their sound ability. They greatly aid in the act of concentration and contemplation and have a positive meaning. To benefit from mantra meditation, you need to meditate regularly with a mantra that has a positive connotation and can help you concentrate. It would help if you did this regularly, sitting quietly twice a day for a period of 10 to 30 minutes.

It sounds simple, but most people's everyday experience is that as you sit and try to think of a word or a phrase, your mind quickly fills with many other thoughts; Ideas about work, financial problems, disputes with people, and all kinds of other matters. When this happens, and it certainly does, you have to bring your mind back to the mantra. Meditation is a process where you can focus on the mantra and its meaning for as long as you can, and when you wander, you bring it back.

Keep doing it, and you will gain a better capacity for inner peace and focus. It may still sound too good to be true, and some intellectuals ridicule the perceived power of a mantra. Once, a famous Indian yogi came to America and gave many lectures on the subject. In a study, he was challenged by someone in the audience who said that it was not possible even for a word to deliver the results that YogiYogiad promised.

Yogi turned to the man, an eminent professor, and he said, "You are a fool!" The professor turns red and shouts at YogiYogiwho looks at the professor in peace. The YogiYogihen addressed the professor and said: "Can you now understand the power of a word? All I did was the word "silly," and your behavior changed in an instant!
