In every day life eveybody wants to be happy, but problem is that they don't know how they can make themselves happy. So today, in this article I am going to discuss such top ten tips which can make our life easier and happy. so lets begin:

1) Listen Yourself:

It's very important to listen to yourself first. I mean what do you want and what you do not want, you should know that. if you don't listen to yourself, you will never know what will make you happy and what you should avoid to make you happy.

2) Get Involved in Community Work:

Always try to make busy yourself in community work. Like that you can avoid overreact of your mind. Some people think over unnecessary subjects that only make them uncomfortable.

3) Choose Friends Selectively:

Make those people your friends who give you happiness and you feel better with.

4) Eleminate Toxic People From Your Life:

Eleminate the people from your life, even if possible from your workplace  who make you disturb in your life and whom you dislike.

5) Help Others:

Help others also the important point of our life. Sometimes, we help others it will also make us feel better, because like that when we help others, it feels good to just be of service to someone else.

6) Forgive Yourself:

Sometime we did something wrong and started feeling guilt. in that case, we have to learn how we can forgive ourselves so that we can feel happiness in doing something.

7) Be Committed:

Friends it does not matter what goals you have set for yourself in your life, but you have to be committed. Its through commitment that you'll continue to make the improvements needed to better yourself in life.

8) Don't Take Rejection Personality:

In everyday life, at some point we all face rejection. Instead of taking it personally, we have to use it as learning experience.

It is very important if you want to be happy then you need to be stopped brushing up the things that make you disturb.

10) Last But Not The Least- Share With Others:

Always try to share problems and concerns with friends, colleagues and other family members. Like this we feel better and also get solution if any problem occurs.
