LOSE 30KG IN 1 MONTH ONLY ! (COVID -19)

Hello! you all are here to know how to lose weight quickly because you are tired of doing so much and having no result. Well, let me tell you something I have cracked a way to lose weight and lose it quickly. I have done it myself self, and that is why I wanted to share the experience with all of you. I will cut straight to the point to lose weight you have to put in all of your consideration and energy into what I am about to tell you for only one month it all it takes. I will try to give you the four main points in the form of bullets. I will further explain them according to there numbering after highlighting them.

  1. DRINKING WATER (2 liters per day for 30 days)
  2. EXERCISE (20 mints of exercise /see down for exercises)
  3. RUNNING/ JOGGING  (30 mints) OR (1-hour walk)
  4. 2 MEALS PER DAY (one breakfast in the morning and dinner at night)!!!!NO SALT /LESS OIL!!

These are the four things that will 95% help lose your weight. I have tried it myself self, and it works without a doubt.

NOW! I will further explain the four points.

                                                             1.DRINKING WATER

Drinking water has been proven to lead to weight loss. It helps boost your metabolism clean your body of waste and counters water-retaining (remove water that is stuck in the body and replace it) face structure/jawline can be improved through excessive water in taking.

                                                       2.EXERCISE

I will divide exercises into two parts

Arms and Chest / Core

Arms and Chest Exercises

1.push ups(start from 10 the first day or five if possible and increase 1 or 2 every day for 30 days)

2.pull ups(start from 1 or 2 pull up and increase 1 in 4 days)

Core / Packs Exercises

1. plank (start from 30 seconds plank and try to add 3 to 5 seconds every day)

2.Crunches (try to do ten crunches the first day and increase two every day )

these are the four exercises you have to do every day

                                       3. RUNNING/JOGGING/WALK

Running

Running helps in the circulation of blood and is a proven way to lose weight. During the COVID-19

you can not go to parks or running tracks to run, but you have open roads to run use them if someone has a treadmill that is well and good, but this is also away. The best time to run is either in the morning, say about 5 to 6 o'clock, or it is in the evening at 5 or 6 o'clock, whichever is a good time for you. I personally enjoy running in the evening. Run for almost 30 mints with a break for two mints after every ten mints.

WALKING

People who can not get out of there homes or can not run can try walking it is easy and can be done anywhere from the roof, room, hall to lawn indoor or outdoors .but now the duration of the walk will increase because you have to burn equal calories to a runner in 30 mints so you will have to walk for 1 hour without rest

                                                           4.Diet

The diet plan that you have to follow here is a calorie deficit diet plan to support your exercise and running you will have to cut back on snacking and choose low-calorie foods and take only two meals per day morning breakfast and evening dinner both meals should be salt and oil-free. If you reduce your calorie intake, you will create a calorie deficit, which will lead to quick weight loss.
