  1. Enjoy Your Food:Yeah, While you eat, feel the taste for more while until it leaves your mouth. The reason behind this is, You Chew More when you try to enjoy the food, and thus it makes it easy for your belly to absorb whatever you eat without causing excess fat stored in the intestines.Because when you enjoy while eating food, Stomach sends the signal to the brain to tell its Enough and it tak when you slow it gives sufficient time, hence brain receives the signal of digestion that makes us feel Filled. Due to the Fasten eating culture before the brain could receive the alerts, we give the Stomach more than it can handle, thus gaining excess Weight.    

 

     2. Prioritize the Solids and Liquids:

     Whatever you eat or drink, make sure that they follow the following guidelines

      - Do not drink water1 one hour before or after meals, and try minimizing liquids even while having meals.

      - Drink warm water after Meals as it breaks food easily

      - Drink more and more water as you can.

 

    3. Cut Sugar:

      Yes, Cut it Completely to Live Healthily. One will never touch Sugar if he knows about the dangerous things it does to our body.   

 

    4. Habitat Fruit Meals:

      Try increasing the consumption portion of Unprocessed Foods like Fruits. We are part of Nature, hence we are also Nature. So, increase the consumption of foods directly as the Nature gives doesn't add any human-made processed items to that as every processed food does harm to our body.    

 

    5. If you can't jog or run, cut those burn calories from your Diet:

30 mins of Jog can burn around 300 calories. If you can't put these efforts on you, just cut the intake of these 300 calories from your Diet plan but make sure you keep maintaining sufficient nutrients in your Diet.

 

    6. Check Before You Chew: 

      Just be sure about the ingredients involved and their advantages and disadvantages to your fantastic machine. 

 

    7. Eat only when you're Hungry and Stop Eating when Your Hunger Ends:

 

      Having foods at Abnormal times of a day, i.e., don't eat unless it is Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, as it produces acids in your Stomach at odd timings, thus making your Stomach and health worse by increasing bloating and acidity related problems.

 

    8. Complete your Dinner before The Darkness of The Day Begins:

As most of us stay idle after Dinner, try finishing your Dinner as early as possible or involve some physical activity after your supper.

 

    9. Last but should last: Get Your entire Poop Out:

      What if I say it as the most important of all above? When you get your waste out completely, your colon gets clean and thus boosts your Digestion Power. To make this happen, drink as much water as you can in the early hours of your Day, try warm water for better results.
