Importance of performing arts in shaping oneself

Have you ever noticed a professional dancer, a theatre artist or a singer being timid and shy? No.

They are usually the confident beings often with a bold voice and a strong body language.

Yes, you read it right. Studies tell us that performing artists carry themselves with much more ease than a normal human. This is because all the 5 senses are activated within their journey and are being constantly renewed and revived. Be it fitness, meditation, stress management, emotions management -performing artists are a notch above people who do not pursue any of these.

Yes, yoga can help fitness, but you dont have the benefits  of emotional handling in it. Have you ever listened to a song that has touched your soul? You start thinking about your past experiences or think about someone you miss? Thats the beauty of music. Try singing or humming that song and see the difference for yourself.

What if dance was involved with that music. If youve seen a professional dancer in your life you would most definitely notice that he/she is an intellectual and a confident person. This is because a dancer not only gets the benefits of fitness and concentration but the pumping of the blood to the brain is frequent which makes the person shape themselves to better handle their day to day chanllenging situations.

Theatre artists on the other hand have an authority in their voice. Their delivery of speech and confidence in their body language is improved over their period of practice and performances.

What if a person is into all these performing arts? The benefits of music, dance and theatre will most definitey help groom the artist to become a better individual.

So if you are person who have issues in handling stress, emotions balancing fitness and meditation in additon to thess, I would definitely suggest that you take any of the art forms(music, dance, theatre or a combination of these) as your hobby and see the differnce in yourself.
