Hydrate to keep yourself healthy and for that evry person should deink 2 liters of water . Doctor beliy that drinking plenty of water at the right time can relieve many of disease. But if you drink more water than this there can be adverse effects for it . Always remember that if you not feel thirsty

1. When you feel thirsty you get required amount of water in your body. If you are not feeling thirsty and you are still drinking water then there may be an imbalance of electrolytic present in your body .
2. Being highly hydrate can damage the balance of electrolytes in the body such as potassium, sodium and magnesium.
These things handle everything for our kidney to heart function. In such situation drinking to much water can damage their balance in the body and your body may stop functioning properly.
3. Drinking to much water can couse Swelling on your hand feets and lips . Actually. Drinking to much water can reduce the amount of sodium in the blood and damage the body
4. According to medical new today .most people go to urinate 7 to 8 times in 24 hours.If you are going to urinate frequently and get up and go to urination at night . It means that you are drinking more water than you need . However other reason such as urinary tract infection . diabetes and prostate problems can also occur.
5. This is how weight increase by drinking water .our weight increases when fat accumulates in the body frozen fat cells also contains water content . In such situation you drinking to much water the kidney are not able to take out the entire water from the body .
The remaining water can disturb the balance of electrolyte in the body . This couse water to accumulate in the body and increased your weight in 24 hours this accumulate water is released fron the body .
However if you have a habit of drinking more water daily . Then there may be a problem of obesity
6. Overhydration can be a problem by drinking to much of water . overhydration directly effect the kidney. Actually the kidneys act at the filter of water in our body . If you drink large amount of water evry day then the workload on the kidneys is so High which can also couse kidneys failure in the long run
7. Drinking water after eating food hinders digestion . In such a situation glucose remains in the stomach due to a lot of food . Which is converted into the fat . With this process you started producing nonessential insulin .
Which can effect the blood sugar level and can also couse problem like diabetes
