So, hair and skin are two sensitive topics if you are bald you look funny untill and unless you have a good personality, it is same with the skin. Skin is susceptible, and if you don't take care of your hair and skin, you feel self-doubting or self-distrustful.

Usually, men don't even bother about their hair and skin, but the woman does. So this article is for women, but hey listen, little bro, there are some tips and diet for you also guys so chill.

People who need to go outside continuously face problems regarding their hair and skin because direct sunlight and pollution etc. are the reasons that came into action.

1) Washing your hair

Washing your hair three times a week, yes 3 times a week, because there are some oils and protein which are required for your healthy hair. If you wash your hair every day the oils and protein will wash out too.

2) Direct sunlight and pollution

Now it comes to how to take protection against direct sunlight and pollution. It is complicated to get protected from sunlight and pollution; my suggestion is that one should never go out unless there is a need.

3) Condition your hair

Here is an interesting topic; conditioning is perfect for your hair. It makes your hair happy (softer), smooth and strong, and it also helps in moisture retention.

Diet for good hair, I suggest you eat eggs which contain slot amount of protein, Avacado, sweet potatoes, spinach will help.

If you don't know this, I want to tell you that man's skin is thicker than woman's. Man's skin gets thicker and thicker by age, but women didn't.

Our skin is susceptible, sunlight and pollution are the two main reasons because our skin gets damaged. As you know, you cannot run away from them, but I have some tips which will help you to get healthy and smooth skin.

1) Cleaning your skin

Cleaning your skin is the best way if you have oily skin cleaning simultaneously after 2 hours will help you indirectly.

2) Use of sunscreen

Sunscreen is the best option if you are heading outside. It protects your skin from direct sunlight and pollution. But before buying any sunscreen lotion, check the label and your skin type.

3) Don't use too many products

People usually use too many products for their skin simultaneously, don't do that. Every product has its different chemical composition so using a different type of product will damage your skin more than sunlight and pollution.

Here are the diet tips to follow

Salad, food, berries

Eating fatty fish like salmon and mackerel is good for your skin as they have a high source of fatty acids.

Sweet potatoes and tomatoes are also important for good skin. Sweet potatoes contain a type of vitamin that acts as a vitamin A inside our body.

Sunflower seeds, Avacado, and Broccoli all these have a good amount of nutrients that are required for your skin. Apart from these all green vegetables are good for your body.
