How To Strengthen your Immune System?

If you get into illness, cold, flu, or experience sick days very often. Then there are chances you may have a weak immune system. 

The immune system is very important in our body. Create a barrier and protect us from bad bacteria, viruses, fungal, toxins, harmful diseases to enter in our body.

When our Immune system is strong, it can also restrict the growth of serious diseases like tumors and cancers inside our body.

The Components of Immune System

The immune system has major components they are antibodies, white blood cells, the spleen, the bone marrow, the complement system.

For stronger immunity, it requires various types of nutrients and energy to have a Functional immune response to sickness and fatigue.

The Signs of a Weak Immune System.

• Cold- If you always get cold, there are the chances you may have weak immunity. The lack of iron in blood causes a cold. Anemia could be another reason. It is when healthy red blood cells are not produced properly.

• Feeling Tired-  Most of the time, you may feel fatigued; it is the sign of lack of energy. It is caused by underlying health conditions.

• Wounds heals slowly- Our body had auto-healing mode, especially our skin. It can heal itself. But due to less immunity, the process may get low in pace.

• The Digestive problems- If immunity is weak, then it has less potential to fight with illness because of which digestive problems could also rise up. Such as Nausea, Cramps, Diarrhea, loss of appetite.

Ways to Strengthen Immune System

There many ways to strengthen our immune system. Some of which implied of regular basis can bring an immense amount of change in our body and would make our health.

• Regular Exercising- Regularly Exercising makes our bones and muscles strong and fitness. It also makes our body flexible and keeps our health in the long term. Practicing exercise at in early age would help kids to build strong bone density and would help to stay away from flu and viruses.

• Reduces Heart diseases Risks- Exercising would give a good boost to heart for healthy conditions. It improves the circulation of blood flow. It lowers the risk of heart diseases like high cholesterol, heart attacks.

• Lower Consumption Of Alcohol- Drinking less alcohol would cut off the risk of health problems like cancers, strokes, liver diseases, high blood pressure and would help our immune system work properly. Alcohol contains sugar, which can reduce white blood cells. White blood cells keep our bodies healthy. Quantity of alcohol consumption does a great impact on the body.

• Sanitization- Sanitization is crucial in terms of immunity. Washing hands before cooking food and before the use of meal can keep our body healthy from inside. 

• Good Sleep Quality- Adequate sleep may strengthen our immunity naturally. Restlessness may higher the susceptibility to sickness.

If you are unable to sleep or get in a problem for sleeping. Try listening to soothing music. Soothing music has effects on our parasympathetic nervous system; it helps our mind and body to relax and become calm to get proper quality sleep.

• Have A Healthy Diet- Fresh fruits and vegetables are great sources of protein and vitamins to keep us strong and fit. It can be more beneficial by adding high protein foods like,

Eggs- Eggs are an excellent source for high-quality protein. The egg white has most of the protein, which includes vitamin B2, D, B12, B6, selenium. Egg contains minerals as well such as iron, copper, zinc.

Fish- Fish contains omega-3 fatty acids. It is also a source of minerals like iron, iodine, magnesium, potassium, zinc. Eating fish twice a week can reduce the risk of stroke and heart attack.

Meat- It helps to make our bones stronger, it helps to the better iron absorption. Consumption of meal can get some beneficial results. But it should be in limited form.
