  1. Breath: Yes, It sounds silly, and yet breathing is something we all are doing wrong. First, you should never breathe through your mouth because our nose is a type of filter which filters the air, and then it converts O2(Oxygen) into NO2(Nitrogen). So you must breathe through your nose, even if you are sleeping, you should breathe through your nose always. Breathing through your mouth will generate lots of health issues like digestion lung problems.
  2. Body posture: You heard it right; good body posture can be as important as everything in your life. An excellent and straight spine will help you to have a healthy body indeed.
  3. Normal water: Drink at least 2.5 liters of water every day. Don't drink more than 3 liters of water significantly at a time. I could describe it as drink eight glasses of water every day. One thing you should remember that you should drink water in the morning before brushing your teeth. Our morning saliva contains antibacterial properties. Don't drink water 1 hour before the meal and after a meal. After eating fruits, do not drink water for a few times.
  4. Bath: You ought to take a bath if you are feeling down or your energy levels are low. Bath will relax the mind and body. Slightly warm water is okay, but boiling and cold water are bad for you. You ought not to take a bath after eating anything because when we bath our body temperature changes through the body and to digest food, our body increases heat within our stomach.
  5. Eat healthily: Don't abuse your system by having unhealthy foods. Eat healthily and improve your technique and mind. Everyone knows John Abraham, right? This has been 22 years; he never had a cheat meal. He is healthy and fit.
  6. Exercise: Yes, exercise will help you to boost your health instantly. You may not need to attend the gym. You can get a short run if you're young, and you can choose a walk if you're old. Ever been aware of Leonardo da Vinci the famous painting Mona Lisa? Yes, He made it. He was not just a painter. He was a scientist. He was strong mentally, along with physically. He had a great body. Our mind and body are the two ways of our good health.
  7. Pubg and tv shows: Yes, if you not just a professional, then you definitely should stop playing pubg, and it's also wise to stop watching tv shows which promote hate and violence(Ex: Bigg Boss). You ought to watch funny shows, and your system will generate more blood. Your wellbeing will improve. But watching the negative show and the mind is going to be negative.
  8. Brush: Brush at night. Yes, brushing through the night is most important. We touch in the morning to feel fresh, and skimming through the night will protect you from many viruses of infection: many hearts and different kinds of problems spread through our mouth. If orally is clean, your system is clean.
