How To Release Anxiety?

Psychologists say that about 75% of diseases are related to anxiety. According to the recent World Health Organization survey, "about 20% of the world's population suffers from this disease." It is estimated that this ratio will be higher here. 

What is anxiety?

Anxiety is a situation where one is not getting a solution to a problem. As a result, feelings of frustration and despair began to grow in him, and as a result, he started screaming or became silent and became destitute of his strangers. This is a mental illness that very few people are aware of. Therefore, they cannot pay attention to their proper treatment.

Causes and symptoms of anxiety:-

The disease begins with stress caused by a passionate, social, or economic accident. Initially, the patient is depressed. The present leads to dissatisfaction ant the future to despair. Sometimes the stress becomes so severe that the patient even attempts suicide. Such people lack a sense of security and need attention. 

Experts believe that the inferiority complex and sensitivity to nature are the main causes of this disease. Anxiety is also caused by hurting religious feelings of hurting one's self-esteem.

Poverty and unemployment are the main causes of this in society. According to the survey, 5% of men suffer from this disease, while "9% of women suffer from this disease." Other causes of anxiety include self-pity, regret, and self-blame.

Sometimes a person starts blaming himself for any accident or incident due to which he becomes depressed. 

Effects on human health of anxiety:-

Due to stress and anxiety, a person suffers from various major and minor diseases, and some of these diseases take dangerous and complex forms. Neurologists have found out after research that there is a deep connection between anxiety and diseases.

Prolonged exposure to anxiety and stress can weaken and weaken the body's immune system. This can lead to many chemical changes in the body; there are reactions that lead to a decrease in energy. Anxiety causes many diseases that most important of which are follows.

  1. Intestinal Asthma.
  2. Heart Disease.
  3. Hormonal Irregularities.
  4. Fatigue.

1: Intestinal Asthma:-

Factors such as stress, emotional turmoil, tension, and anxiety exacerbate the immediate sensory state of the intestines. Indigestion, diarrhea or constipation, nausea, abdominal cramps, stress, and many other annoying diseases are caused by the intestine. Medical experts call it "INTESTINAL ASTHMA" this dangerous condition can be caused by any mental disorder without any infection.

The main cause of the patient's stomach ailments is not an infection of the stomach or intestines. Still, sometimes that is slowly affecting the digestive system, and the mysterious thing is "NERVOUS TENSION" or "ANXIETY."

2: Heart Disease:

Mental and psychological stress interferes with the circulation and flow of blood. Blood clotting due to anger continuous freely and uninterruptedly. Rapid hemorrhage removes clots of blood from its place of release and releases them into the bloodstream, which can later become trapped in thin blood vessels and stop the flow of blood, leading to fainting or heart attack. According to a study, the risk of heart attack doubles during or after anger.

3: Effects Hormone Retention: 

Anxiety causes the adrenal glands above the kidneys to produce high levels of adrenaline, which can lead to high blood pressure. The heartbeat faster, the blood vessels constrict, and the function of all organs is affected. 

3: Fatigue:

Being anxious all the time makes a person more tired than working. Being anxious all the time has a bad effect on the human body.  The Nerves become weak, and the stores of physical strength are depleted due to which a person suffers from fatigue, depression, and despair. He loses weight. He does not sleep well.

Anxiety Treatment and Precautions:

Try to relax for a while. It is better to change your routine. Spend some time in a recreational place. Do something (such as reading books, gardening, etc.) In which you feel happy. Take an interesting hobby—gossip with an old friend. Don't waste time. Continue your engagements with satisfaction.
