How to overcome the fear of coronavirus

Those who thought the countries which are obeying religion would not be contaminated with Coronavirus; they were wrong. Those who believed the Coronavirus does not survive in high weather temperature; were also wrong. Those who thought there would be no coronavirus after Ramadan; were living in a foolish paradise.

Now those who think the corona will be disappeared in a month or two; are wrong. Those who think the corona vaccine will be invented soon; are also living in wrong thinking. Those who think to live in isolation at home for the time of coronavirus epidemic; are also drowned in great mistake.

The truth is:

It is for sure that Coronavirus would not completely disappear within a year. We haven't had a vaccine before a year. People can't build a safe house where the Coronavirus will not enter.

We are human beings. We can't live forever without a helping hand, without going outside for shopping, without coming with the contact of outsides and without getting the heat of the sun. If it goes like this, we would be mentally imbalanced, ... 100% Guaranteed!!!!

So what's the way?

Once upon a time, "Cholera" disease was pandemics all over the world. Thousands of people had died. People were leaving from one area to another to be secured from contamination. Because they did not know why and how Cholera disease spread? Then people learned about this disease; Cholera treatment was discovered. Cholera is no longer an epidemic; both human awareness and treatment of this disease are readily available.

At the present situation, most of the conscious people know the characteristics of the Coronavirus. Coronavirus spread by the Covid-19 positive patient's sneezing, coughing, saliva, bowel movements, urination, and even tears. There is no possibility of contamination with Coronavirus if the virus is not allowed to enter through our nose, mouth, and eyes.

It is also essential to increase our body's immune system against diseases to reduce contamination against Coronavirus. Everyone should maintain a daily activity checklist to grow body immune system --------------

  # Making a habit of doing regular exercise according to age and race.

  # Making a habit of eating and drinking certain foods to boost the body's immune system.

  # Making regular gargling with hot salty water before going to bed at night.

Very Important:

It is effortless to say but very difficult to do.....

We should bring control over our two hands. We have to make a daily habit of washing our hands after some time with laundry soap with a duration of at least 20 seconds. Mouth, eyes, and nose should not be touched with unwashed hands in any way.

Socializing with others should be maintained at a distance of at least three meters. Everyone should wear a cloth made mask to keep this kind of socially. Everyone should use tissue paper for sneezing and coughing, following the proper social etiquette.

Like the story of the invention of the shoe, not covering the whole world; only would have to cover one's feet with leather. Similarly, including mouth, nose, eyes, and restraining the hands and also maintaining some daily healthy habits can reduce Coronavirus contamination risk at 95%. For the remaining 5%, taking medicine as per the doctor's advice, rest, and stay in a separate room while feeling the symptoms of Covid-19 positive.

Don't be afraid at all. If we are born on earth, there is nothing more righteous than death. Die once in a lifetime, but don't die again and again at the fear of Coronavirus.
