Remember, when you respect someone, that person in front of you listens to you and respects you, which the team will respect you. Many people do not respect their leaders and team, so doing the first work is respect.

Now you give training; you are doing education without respect, so not any help—many people direct education. Now you give any information, knowledge, or planning to give it to him too.

3) APPRECIATE:- Now appreciate, appreciate means because you educate him first, now he will apply efforts. Then the results will come or not.
