How to lose weight without any gym or difficult exercise

So we all know why we are here. And trust me I am gonna tell you some really simple ways to lose weight. No no, I am not going to suggest any Diet or so on. In fact, these steps are very simple and effective if you do them on a regular basis. Now without exaggerating the intro move on to those easy ways:-

1. Walking:- This is the most ancient and effective way out there. Trust me if you regularly walk a certain round which will make you feel tired or sweaty will definitely help to lose your weight. Now you can think that in this period you can't go outside to a park and you are stuck in your apartment so what to do. Hereby walking I mean a bit fast walking which will make you sweat and burn your calories. Even in your home, you can do this a few rounds regularly.

2. Stairs:- This one is my personal favorite. It will do the work of the gym for you that too in your home. You can do up and down at least 5/6 time (If your building has many stories, and if not maybe 2/3 round more) until it makes you sweat. By this, it will burn your calories and help you to get the fitness in an easy way.

3. Dance:- Princess Diana once told that she didn't do many workouts because she used to dance a lot. Dancing was her kind of workout. She used to dance in many forms. It's true it's indeed a great type of workout.

4. Stretching:- For this, you have to sit/stand straight. Then you bend and try to touch your toes. Make sure you keep your legs straight. This one is a bit difficult at first but once you do it 3/4 times it will just get better and you won't feel hurt. In fact, the stretch you'll feel will help you in two ways. One in case of your belly fat and other is in your height.

5. Jumping:-  Jumping or skipping really helps in case of losing your growing weight or belly fat. It’s like you can exude your sweat while having fun doing random jumping as well.  

6. Swimming:- If you have this facility It's really helpful. You can rely on it. My mother used to swim in her young days a lot. She was really fit even after the birth of her children  :)

7. Food Habit:- The most important fact. Many of us don’t like to work out. But we want to fit body for those I have good news. Our body or fitness depends a lot on our food habits. So to get your desired fitness you must reduce consuming fast foods and start consuming more homemade healthy food. Now let me tell you whatever homemade food you eat those all are considered healthy. While outside foods only add to your weight.
