How To Loose Weight With The Help Of Your Mind

You were getting in shape with the help of your brain. Hello everyone, I know you all got curious about the title and obviously came here to see how you would do that.
So I would like to tell you that it is very much possible and could not only get you fitter, it will also help you to understand the importance of your own brain.
Like I know you all would know that your brain is obviously the most important part of your body, we all do, but we usually don't get to know about all the power is has, trust me is done. 

 

So, firstly I would like to tell you that I was fat or chubby kid from the beginning like some you may have gained weight now, but I had it from the start, and the best part is I am an Indian and a Punjabi all the oil and calories are just amazing here. So whenever I tried a Diet plan or working out, all of that usually got ruined by just one meal because again, there is too much food love here, at my place, trust me! And the thing actually is when you are little and chubby, everyone thinks you are cute and everything but the minute you are stepping into puberty, aLL the baby love is gone, and everyone is like, "when are you going to grow up?" and on top of that your peer groups, trust I have been there and I know it hurts the most. So brain using the number one to everyone who actually got till here. Any friend of yours who doesn't stick around because of your appearance is not gonna stick anyway, MOVE ONN. You are whatever you are, but you are not taking all the negativity because of being fat or chubby.

 

The second thing I got from my wo mother is, "don't worry baby, work on losing some belly and show them how pretty you can be" that was really a bummer, you guys; I mean that time is was nearly 12 or 13, so I actually considered what she said, and I actually started trying, but I could not you see becauseGod has actually made us a bit selfish towards ourselves, we'd always to what we'd want or make us happy rather than others, and that was the thing even though I want all the teasing to go away, I stilaet like a crazy person I mean, even if you are not selfish to be little for your own slef, trsut me you need it if you really want to get those abs then do work on them or else just dont trust me because it's mind game being fit is all a mind business sp make it more for yorself get pretty for your self like thin for yourself loose weight for yourself, or in that matter if you Really don't want to JUST DON'T. Because I would not even matter, that one thing that would bring you happiness would be if you did it for your self. So do it for your own self and stay as healthy as you can because people you all matter. <3
