How to look always young and healthy?

Our hustling and bustling life is the main factor to create stressful life that causes depression, indigestion, weariness, unbalanced diet and lacking of proper sleep and so many other complications, consequently, they invite some diseases, and we look unfit, old and healthy before we come off actual age. 

So, here I'm going to prescribe some best tips to apply and follow that will surely help you to stay fit, young, and healthy forever.

 

1. Eat a balanced diet and drink more

We normally eat lots of food that contain extra amounts of fats, spices and oil. We should eat a nutritious and balanced diet containing sufficient amounts of proteins, vitamins and carbohydrates. Along with them, our food must have chlorine, fiber and iron in the proper quantity. Our diet must involve food items, such as rice, pulses, cereals, eggs, fish, milk green vegerables, fruits, salads, etc.

To digest food well, we need to drink water on average 2.5 liters a day. We need to fully concentrate on a balanced diet to maintain a healthy life.

 

2. Do exercises daily

To stay fit, young and healthy for forever, we need to do exercises daily managing some time from our hectic schedule. We can do exercises, such as jogging, skipping, cycling, running, push-ups, etc. If you have sufficient time, can spend some time in gyming also. Daily and regular exercises will keep you calm, fit and healthy and will help you stay away from diseases.

Besides these activities, perform yoga and meditation early in the morning that will help you to release your stress out and will make you calm, cheerful, and thoughtful.

Daily exercises are very effective for controlling heart disease, metabolism, diabetes, and regulating blood circulation. 

 

3. Do not take the stress and laugh more

Sometimes we have overloaded work at the office. Due to that, we take much stress to fulfill office duties. Even if we are occupied by several office work or any painful experience, we need to think less and needn't take stress.

Watch funny videos and laugh as much as you can to release your stress out. Listen to your favouritè melodies and gazals that will surely help you to stay away from stress at some extent.

 

4. Protect your skin

It's very important to protect our skins from cold and sun rays. Use sunscreen daily and wear sun protection on your face. Without skin protection from sun rays, may cause some noticeable and damage to the skin, such as freckles, age spots, vein spiders and wrinkles, etc.

In cold season also, take proper care of your skin. If your skin is getting dried, apply moisturizer cream and some lotions on your body. Always try to keep your face and skin smooth and normal.

 

5. Quit smoking and drinking alcohol 

Habits like smoking and drinking alcohol regularly are too harmful to our health. If it is possible, quit totally them. Regular drinking tea and coffee also are harmful to our body because high intake of tea and coffee may increase blood pressure level. These habits may disbalance your good health and cause several health complications, such as liver cancer, stroke, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, etc. When you are totally abstaining from these habits, you will look healthy. When you are healthy, you will be happy and when you are happy, you will look always young.

 

6. Control anger and stay calm

Sometimes it seems to be hard to control our anger in some situations. However, it's very important to learn how to overcome our anger that is another factor to retain our age and look young because when we show much anger and get irritated, our skin shrinks and wrinkles, as a result, our face looks dull and old.

An NVC theory also says that we need to communicate calmly and control anger whether anger arises on the another side. Therefore, anger management is needful to stay calm, happy and young.

 

7. Go on an adventure alone

It's my personal experience that we sometimes need to go on an adventure or short trip to the countryside alone rather in a group or with besties. If it's possible, walk on foot hillside and enjoy seeing nature. Trust me, you will have amazing experience of best moments of your life being alone for some time because you will have enough time to think of yourself and make upcoming plans, and of course, this lets you cherish your best past moments that will make you always calm, cheerful and thoughtful.

The above 7 tips or guidelines are prescribed to follow that will definitely help you look always happy, fit, young and healthy.
