How to get rid of headache

headache is one of the common problems that affect most people. Headache can be caused due to many reasons such as the constriction of blood vessels, tension, migraine, genetic, the stress in work, lack of body water, excessive use a painkiller etc. so, today I'll tell you some home remedies for a problem like a headache.

 

1. Oil massage

Massaging with oil for a while is also a good treatment to relieve headaches. Oil massage relief the muscles of your body and make you feel lighter. So, whenever you have a headache, massage your head immediately you can use coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil to massage.

 

2. Good sleep

 Many times headache is caused due to fatigue, in such a situation, to get rid of the headache, sleeping for a while is a good option. Sleeping gives peace of mind and relief headache on its own.

 

3. Ice pack

 Ice cold removes inflammation and helps in curing headaches and is also very effective for numbing pain.

 

4. Acupressure

For years, people have been using acupressure to relieve headaches. In case of headache, you bring both your palms in the front, then with one hand massage between the thumb and index finger of the other hand with a light hand. Do this process is repeated for 2 to 4 minutes in both hands by doing this you will get relief in headache.

 

5. Water

Headache is also caused due to the lack of water in our body so, we should include an adequate amount of water in our daily routine, we should continue to drink a small amount of water for some time in case of headache. Relaxation in headache once your body is hydrated, then the headache starts gradually decreasing. keep in mind that a balanced amount of water remains in the body.

 

6. Basil leaves

The benefit of basil leaves will be heard by you as well, but have you ever tried them, if not, then try definitely for getting quick relief in headache, basil leaves are very beneficial, for this, you can cook basil leaves in water and take it.

 

7. Cloves

 Cloves are used a lot in home remedies. Heat some cloves buds on the pan and tie those hot cloves buds in a handkerchief. Keep listening to the bundle for some time this helps to cure headaches.

 

8. Vitamin

Sometimes a headache, especially a migraine headache, can be cured with the intake of vitamins. It helps in treating migraines i.e half a headache consuming a vitamin called riboflavin can prove to be effective which is found in milk, egg, and green leafy vegetables.

 

9. Green tea 

The benefits of green tea are many, one of the advantages is headache relief. limited intake can give relief in headache problem, however high intake can also increase the problem, so take green tea carefully.

 

10. Coffee

coffee can be consumed in limited quantities for home remedies for headaches. The caffeine present in it has analgesic properties, which help in relieving headaches through do not consume it excessively.

 

11. Yoga

Yoga helps keep the body healthy and it can also be very helpful for headaches. If you do yoga regularly, you can get rid of a problem like a headache to a great extend.
