How to clean your mobile phone to reduce the risk of coronavirus

Covid-19, also known as coronavirus, has made headlines in recent times. The virus is spreading rapidly in all countries. With simple precautions, you can reduce your risk of contracting and spreading the virus.

Like other respiratory illnesses, the virus can cause mild symptoms, including colds, coughs, sore throats, and fevers. Infection with this virus can be fatal for some people. It can also lead to pneumonia, shortness of breath, and organ failure. However, in sporadic cases, the disease is fatal. Older and previously ill people are at higher risk of becoming seriously ill due to this virus infection.

Medical masks help to limit the spread of coronavirus and other diseases. However, its use alone is not enough to reduce infection.  Regular hand washing and not associating with a potentially infected person is the best way to reduce the risk of contracting this virus.

I hope you are careful about coronavirus. Frequent hand washing is one of them. But have you noticed one thing, how many times a day do you carry your mobile phone? You have to take the phone close to your mouth while talking. We also use the phone to do other things with that hand, even eat food, touch the eyes and ears.

That's the problem. You can get different types of germs from the environment. When you use a mobile phone with that hand, that germ also gets on the mobile phone. Then there is the increased risk of infecting users with viruses and bacteria. This is why you need to clean your mobile phone properly.

Ways to keep mobile phones clean

Turn off the set at the beginning before cleaning the mobile phone. Remove external devices such as headphones, chargers, etc., from it. Whether your phone is waterproof or not, you don't have to wash the device to clean it.  Instead, apply a 70% isopropyl alcohol cleaner or hand sanitizer to a cloth and gently wipe your phone to give that cloth.

When cleaning the mobile phone, care should be taken so that liquid does not accumulate in its ports. Then the device may be damaged.

There are many types of sanitizers available in the market now with which you can keep your hands and useful things like mobile phones clean.

Remember, if you use the cover on the phone, the cover and the phone must be cleaned separately. When using a screen protector, clean the area around the protector thoroughly with a cloth and sanitizer. Some take mobiles to the bathroom, which is a very unhealthy habit; it is important to leave.

Be sure to keep your mobile phone away from the bathroom or dirty place. And avoid the extra crowd. Stay out of contact with more people. And stay away from places where the virus spreads; keep your mobile phone away. You can also keep your mobile or smartphone clean in many other ways.
It will not spread the virus from your mobile, just as you will be safe from the virus.
People close to you will be safe. This is how we all have to deal with the virus. If the virus is spread through mobile touch, they can also be infected if someone else touches your mobile.
